A great place to stay in Rome! Don't forget to bring cash for payment.

incorrect listingPosted May 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
This place advertises as a bed and breakfast. The owner tells you when you arrive he doesn't provide breakfast but you can use the kitchen. That's why we picked it to include breakfast. Very disappointing.

Clean, Nice but hard to findPosted May 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
It's a real neighborhood in a apartment estate. Everything is great. However, we hv problem to find the B&B, no clear direction. Should call the landlord before you get there.

Different but comfortable and a great locationPosted May 5, 2014
To be honest, it took me a while to get used to the concept as I've only ever stayed in a hotel or in my own apartment... Here you are in a room in someone's apartment with access to the kitchen. It felt really weird but you don't really need more. We were out the entire day so you only really sleep and shower there. Very affordable, centrally located and comfortable.

Close to metroPosted Mar 9, 2014
I loved our time here. A little haven away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of rome. The piramide metro stop is just around the corner, the metro takes you to all the major spots. The next stop is the colleseum! We arrived and were met by Lorenzo who left is keys and explained everything. Free wifi and use of the kitchen (which, for a couple on a budget was fab, plenty of supermarkets around). We didn't see him after that and pretty much had the place to ourselves. Lovely room, quiet at night. The bathroom was clean with a fab shower. I'd recommend anyone to come here. Comfortable, close to the centre.

Nice shared apartment in the heart of RomePosted Mar 3, 2014
This is a very nice semi-private accommodation within walking distance to the Palatine Hill, the FAO and the Colosseum. Room was very comfortable, bathroom is shared, kitchen use is no problem and super-markets are nearby. A very clean and affordable alternative to much pricier hotels in the same area with a nice host and excellent wifi connection.

This is a great place to stay to get a feel for what it would be like to live in Rome. It's in a real neighborhood, but still very convenient to public transit and not far from the Circus Maximus. My room had a balcony with a nice view over to Pyramide and the cemetary with Keats and Shelley. No breakfast, but use of the kitchen was very nice.

Really enjoyed our stay, great locationPosted Sep 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had a great stay, really enjoyed the room and the location. Lots of very nice restaurants and eateries nearby. Pyramide metro station just a short walk away. We really liked staying in a less touristic part of Rome, with easy access to those areas if desired. Lorenzo was very helpful, with lots of useful advice.

A Casa a Testaccio - Lovely B&BPosted Jun 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a very secure and lovely B&B easy walking distance to the Piramide Metro and major bus hub. The owner was not present most of the time, and was extremely helpful when he was there. He let me use his personal washer, which saved me much time and cost. And it was wonderful to have the full use of a real kitchen. There was a lovely balcony off my room and another off the kitchen. My one concern was that the shared bath (advertised as such) is shared with at least one double room and the owner. But it never presented a real issue and we coordinated perfectly well. The neighborhood is full of parks and restaurants and gelati parlors, several supermarkets and the famous Linari Bar. It was reasonably priced. I would love to return there if I come back to Rome.

Best B & B I've ever stayed at!Posted Mar 27, 2013
My girlfriend and I stayed at this B & B in early March and I was blown away by the hospitality and location. First off, the area is only two stops from the Colosseum so it has the benefit of being close to tourist attractions without being expensive. Also the area it's located in has a lot of hidden gems, so definitely take the time to look around the area! Cheap food and nice restaurants give you the option to have a good night out nearby. Our host was the best bit. He was very welcoming & friendly with a lot of good tips on places to go. He was like our personal tour guide! So definitely choose this place for the location, price & company!
