Great hotel that's reasonably close to the centrePosted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Breakfast, Air con
Location: Neither far nor close, metro is close but to get to some attractions and restaurants it would take about the same time as walking.
Hotel was really nice, having air con was great to come back to after a day out in the sun. Quite close to the main attractions, can get the metro but we decided to walk which wasn't too far in the end. Free breakfast in the morning was great to set us up for the day and we were able to take certain foods out with us for the day.

Nice hotel, not worth the pricePosted Jun 23, 2014
The rooms are not as swanky as the pictures online. I would suggest finding a 3 star hotel at half the price and getting something very similar. Being close to the metro was nice though.

Great HotelPosted Jun 3, 2014
Pros: Modern, funky hotel, very relaxing with excelent staff, clean room comfy bed and good bathroom.
Cons: A couple of english channels on the tv,and a kettle in the room, but not essential.
Location: 20/30 mins walk from all the major sites in rome, 2/3 mins walk from the metro/buses and trams. Not the nicest of areas, but we experienced no problems
Went to rome for our 2nd anniversary can't recomend it enough,if your up to it walk every where you'll see so much more, will definitly return

A great hotel in the outskirts of the centrePosted Apr 21, 2014
Pros: Everything was good about the hotel. Its location, the room and the staff.
Cons: The internet is too slow.
Location: Good restaurants, grata ice cream shop and a Carrefour 5 seconds away if you need to shop. Cheeses and meat cost a fraction of the airport's!!
The hotel is ideally located close to the Piramide underground and Ostiense train stations. It's literally a 3 minute walk away from those stations that will take you to anywhere in Rome. The area has good restaurants and one of the best gelateria (ice cream shop) in Rome. The hotel's restaurant is simply superb and also one of the best in town. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained and breakfast in the morning was good. The only thing that wasn't so great was the access to internet... This was criminally slow and for some reason the connection kept breaking off. But other than this, this is a hotel I would recommend any time.

Great hotel for the moneyPosted Mar 11, 2014
Location: Good local restaurants within walking distance
I was very pleased with my experience at this hotel. Just far enough away from the hectic center of Rome but close enough to get to the sights easily. My son is studying in Rome for a semester and I stayed at this hotel when I went to visit.

Nice hotel and close to the train station.Posted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: The three people room is big and comfortable.
The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The train station is close by and there are few pizza places. If we go back to Rome, we will stay there again.

Pleasant hotel.Posted Jul 27, 2013
Location: Although it is not in the most beautiful surrounding, the Colosseum is only 2 (metro) stops away from the hotel.
Clean room (and hotel), friendly staff, very good food - Overall is very good and we had a pleasant stay.

A good optionPosted Jul 22, 2013
Pros: Room, hotel staff, breakfast (included in our tariff)
Cons: No exercise facilities within the hotel
Location: Good base from which to explore Rome
We had a very pleasant stay at the Abitart. While the immediate neighbourhood is slightly down at heel, it is close to the Ostiense train station and Piramide underground and there are some excellent restaurants within a 10 or 15 minute walk. Our room was a good size, and accommodated us and our 3 year old comfortably.
