Nice modern hotel.Posted Oct 7, 2014
Lovely hotel, nice and modern and clean. We didnt have a themed room but what we had was adequate for our stay and although we looked out onto some apartments it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was adequate. We went down for about 9 but unfortunately some food or english tea would be all gone and seemed to be a while before it was replaced, tables were not always cleared ready to sit down. The staff seemed to be stretched and rushing about.Good base out of the centre from the sites the termini metro only 10 min walk away. We used this costs 3 euros return each and only 2 stops from the colosseum and the ancient ruins. You can also use it to get to the vatican but you will need to change to line A at the main termini station and this journey only took us about 20 mins same price. I would recommend this hotel snd would stay again.Food in rome reasonably priced if you just want pizza or pasta. Be careful outside vatican we had two large beers (they were slightly larger than standard) but cost us 37euros! Check prices first when they offer you these.

Close to metro stationPosted Aug 31, 2014
Cons: Attitude of some staff
Location: Some very good restaurants near by especially Tratorri. Surrounding area very messy litter everywhere.
Was disappointed when we first saw room ,chair cover was ripped and carpet looked dirty, red ants on floor, there was a sweet which had been left under the bed which they were after. Breakfast was good and plenty but staff didn't speak to us unless we asked for something. As we were out morning until night the hotel was ok. Staff on reception were helpful.

Loved our stay!Posted Aug 19, 2014
Location: Located 5 minutes from Pyramide metro stop by foot. Close to 2 great restaurants- Estrobar and La Fata Ignorante.
Cool artsy hotel with good location close to the Pyramide metro stop, spacious clean room (we reserved a superior double room), great breakfast buffet, and excellent restaurant for dinner. The front desk staff were super helpful. Wi-fi was fast, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and comfortable.

Impressive and unique.Posted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was great!
It is a short walk from the nearest Metro station. I wouldn't want to do it with loads of luggage, but we were there for a long weekend with a small roller bag each. Honestly, having witnessed large city Italian hotels before I was prepared for the worst. I was very happy with Abitart. The breakfast was delicious, the room was large (for Italy) and the artwork was interesting. There are many excellent restaurants withing walking distance and you are close enough to the sights yet far enough from the crowds. The price was right and the weekend was awesome!

Surprising hotel given the areaPosted Aug 11, 2014
This hotel was such a surprise. I picked it because it was outside of the centre where room size can be a real issue, but it turned out to be a fantastic hotel. Would stay again.

Great hotel that's reasonably close to the centrePosted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Breakfast, Air con
Location: Neither far nor close, metro is close but to get to some attractions and restaurants it would take about the same time as walking.
Hotel was really nice, having air con was great to come back to after a day out in the sun. Quite close to the main attractions, can get the metro but we decided to walk which wasn't too far in the end. Free breakfast in the morning was great to set us up for the day and we were able to take certain foods out with us for the day.
