“Can't wait to go back.”

Hotel has a family style. Front desk people were very helpful giving direction, advice about basic costumes. Room were clean, good ventilation, and safe. The location was good, very close to public transportation, supermarket, bank, and places to eat.

“Fantastic Pool!”

This hotel is actually an apartment. There is no maid service so be prepared to clean up after yourself. In fact, when we arrived our room was a little dirty so I had to scrub the table and end table and kitchen area to get rid of the crumbs and left over beverage rings. Also, the bedspread and carpet were very old and worn. The room could have used a remodel. Other than that, we felt this hotel was very serene and beautiful! The pool was AWESOME! Very quiet location. The pool alone made our stay worthwhile.

“OK stay - no more, no less than expected”

The location is nice, easy access to Vatican City and buses to city center. We rented an apartment for 4 people and the smaller room was disappointing with an old bunk for a couple. At night just 2 of us were able to take a shower with hot water and the other 2 had to wait until next morning for hot water. Unpersonal service, as usual in big chains, and one of the recepcionist a little bit rude. During the check out he began asking about people another room (no relationship with us) as if we were responsible for their payment. Overall ok.

“great for family of 4”

a beautiful place to stay [like staying at a villa] ; the pool is super [but bring your own towels], especially after doing rome sights in the July heat; kitchenette was great for cooking meals [grocery close by]; The bus stops take some work figuring out, but the hotel is a just a bus ride away from most sights. If you can handle bus maps and walking, you can't do better. staff excellent; one of our favorite hotel stops [5 nights] in our 4 week trip.
