After having checked the toilet, and having noticed that there was not a single problem going on with it, we decided to offer you a new room with an upgrade nonetheless, but your response actually was not only that you would not have accepted it, but that you only wanted a refund, in the absence of which you would have written us a bad review. But we are proud of not having fallen for this dishonest request. We love our job and we always do our best to help our guests and take care of them, but in front of this kind of blackmail, our ethics is to refuse any kind of compromise.

We are sorry about the noise you have heard from the room assigned to you in the first place but it was impossible to let you move to another room as we were fully booked and you have reported this issue in the evening when all the check ins were already made. The next morning we offered another room, same type but quieter, because taking care of our guests is very important to us.

Dear Naomichi, thank you for review, even if we are really surprised about the low score you gave us. First of all we had no complaints from you during the stay, so it is not clear how we have been non hospital. Moreover you arrived here, providing only your passport to be registered, making us believe that you were travelling alone and at the end of the stay we found out that there was an unknown woman in your room. This behaviour put in danger our property because all the guests must be registered to the police. Also, we let you store your bags for free the last day until late evening. Hospitality means also to go forward the guest's needs, even those who do not respect rules, and we went far beyond.
