Perfecte verhouding prijs/kwaliteitPosted Apr 29, 2015

Very secure B & B near the TiberPosted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: The location, the proprietress and the price.
A138 Townhouse is well within walking distance of most that Rome has to offer. It is also very close to the public bus and tram stop so that you can explore outside the city (as we did). There are very good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby as well as small markets should you want to bring something back to your room. You have your own bathroom; even though it is separate from your room it is only a few steps from it and she supplies the bathrobes and slippers. The proprietress goes out of her way to make sure that you have all the information you need to make the most of your stay. She advised us on bus\tram routes, the weather and special events happening during our stay. She is friendly, outgoing and most hospitable.

Thank You AntonellaPosted Dec 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
Antonella is the perfect host and made our trip to Rome enjoyable. The location is ideal to get around the whole city with ease and local restaurants are within walking distance. If you don't wish to pay the high inner city prices then this is the ideal place to stay.

Recomendable 100%. Estancia perfectaPosted Nov 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
Gracias Antoniella

Enjoy Italian livingPosted Nov 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Al138 Town House, was a pleasant stay. The owner, Antonella, is wonderful! She is very attentive to your every need and was so helpful with guidance for our Rome stay. Al138 Town House, is a 3 bedroom bed and breakfast. It is in an apartment in a wonderful neighborhood, convenient to everything and away from the tourist area. You can walk to everything or take the tram or bus from right outside the apartment. Rome is so crowded and Al138 Town House takes you away from the tourist crowds. You feel like you are experieincing true Italian living. Al138 Town House was immaculately clean, well decorated and has everything you need. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rome that wants a Bed and Breakfast.

Highly recommend "Al 138 Town House"Posted Oct 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Had a great stay at the "Al 138 Town House". first time visiting Rome and Antonella e-mailed us about a week before our arrival with directions from the airport and met us at the front door when we arrived. She was extremely helpful in getting us settled and explaining the easiest way to see all the tourist spots in the amount of days we were there and recommended the dining areas of town with the best restaurants. It made our sightseeing time very efficient and our dinners very enjoyable. Location is fantastic! It is located right on the main train and bus route so accessing downtown, the main train terminal and the airport extremely easy. Two Thumbs up!

The hotel was in an excellent locationPosted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness, comfort and above all the host was amazing.
Cons: Some written directions from the train station so that would be a little easier.
Location: If you are reasonably fit most of Rome's major attractions were within an hour walk of the hotel, also loads of local restaurants to chose from
The hotel was close to major attractions and loads of places to eat nearby. Antonella the host was exceptional giving fabulous advice on what to see when and how to get there. Even tips on getting through the crowds to enter major historical sit without lining up for hours. We had a wonderful 3 days and with the assistance of Antonella we managed to see all the sites we had on our list. The only negative for us was we come from a small town so found the noise at night a little disturbing, but after such full days it didn't impact our sleep too much and considering our easy walking to most sites I guess this was a minor inconvenience.
