“Location, location, location!”
This hotel was great. Located between the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. Spent 8 nights. Walked to everything. Loved the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was very substantial. Hotel help were very helpful-will suggest restaurants. I would stay there again if lucky enough to go to Rome again. Doris and Jane
“Wonderful”
The facilities are very good and comfortable, and the terrace is fantastic, but the best is their people: you can see how they really make an effort to make your stay as comfortable aas possible. Very classy too.
“Great Hotel!”
We had a great experience at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right inbetween the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. They have a rooftop bar that is sooo pleasant to have a drink at...outside looking down on Roma. And the bartender Camillo is fantastic. The staff is friendly and very helpful...there is nothing that they couldn't or wouldn't help us with. Breakfast is good and a nice way to start off the day. We would definitely go back to this hotel!!!!
“Perfect location and wonderful rooftop bar!”
This is a fabulously located hotel in the center of everything. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Great rooftop bar. Yes, the rooms are outdated but clean. We had a double, which is two twins pushed together. This is typical of Rome hotels. We were so tired after walking and sightseeing all day we collapsed each night and slept well. Window shut out noise, but was nice to have to open in the a.m. and evening if we wanted to. The hotel has a nice, but small reception desk where we were greeted in a friendly manner and they provided great service by calling cabs, etc.. Very satisfied and have recommended this hotel to others. My son and his new bride stayed there and were as happy with the accomodations and location as we were. Very safe environment.
“Excellent hotel in the heart of Rome”
Nothing over the top about the room, but it was clean, quiet, had good A/C and shudders on all the windows which helped for keeping the room dark on sleeping in late days. Wifi worked in lobby, but was very spotty in the room. 1 minute walk away from the Pantheon.
“Pleasant and Well-located”
The front staff were all personable and went out of their way to accommodate. The breakfast room rooftop was a surprise treat and service/selection was very good. One couldn't find a more central location, within 5 minutes of major sites and good restaurants.
“Great Location”
Albergo Cesari is a great hotel in a great location. The staff was extremely helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
“Wonderful hotel!”
Perfect hotel for first time visitor to Rome. Location is easy to find and central to all the highlights. Five minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon; short walks to Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona; nice restaurants everywhere close by. English-speaking hotel staff was so helpful and friendly; breakfast on the terraza was excellent. Rooms are not large but beautifully appointed with nice bathroom and plenty of closet space. I was thrilled with this hotel. Taxi or car to and from airport costs 40-55 euros each way and takes approx 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.
“Historic Hotel in Great Location”
Big room with beautiful view of Rome and a piazza. Great location - walking distance to many major sites! Basic breakfast and rooftop terrace were pluses. The only negative is that the room and bathroom could use updating. The hotel allows smoking on some floors. Our floor was supposedly non-smoking however the room did have a mild smoky smell. Overall we had a good experience and were pleased.
“Reasonably priced hotel and great location”
You can't beat this location - 5 to 10 minute walk from major attractions, pleasant and courteous staff, clean rooms, and excellent breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Rome.

Navona - Pantheon, Rome, Italy: In the heart of the historic centre, Piazza Navona is Romes most famous square. Like a giant stage set, this is where the theatre of daily Roman life is re-enacted among the café tables that spill out onto the fountain-splashed piazza. Berninis baroque extravaganza, the Fontana dei Quattro Fiume, is the most celebrated of the three fountains. Nearby is the Pantheon one of Romes great symbols and a marvel of ancient architecture.
