A great hotel!

Posted Oct 16, 2014
Pros: The pool, friendly / helpful staff and quiet location.
Location: Situated at the north end of the Villa Borghese park. Beautiful to walk through, hire bikes, picnic. Also museums & cafes & a replica Globe Theatre!
Great hotel in a quiet part of the city - a 15 minute walk through a beautiful park away from the hustle and bustle of Rome - lovely way to start and end a busy day sight-seeing! The pool offered a great place to relax, the rooms / suites were spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Nice Hotel, great staff.

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Free Wifi, helpful staff and good general delivery of service.
Cons: The lack of an in house restaurant facility is my only gripe (although breakfast and snacks are available) but there are plenty of restaurants in Rome
Location: Good transport links and a relatively short walk away from the sights in the centre.
Stayed for 5 days, good continental breakfast selection, staff more than happy to help with any request and Wifi included which was useful for planning our days. Tram stops right outside the hotel and the city centre is a 10-15 min walk through the park. Room was very comfortable and housekeeping very good. Pool area was also appreciated on those hot days.

Great hotel at a quiet Rome neighborhood

It's a very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes from a metro station and trams running nearby. A well maintained pool is a plus for enjoying hot afternoons.

Great hotel and staff!

Posted Oct 3, 2014
Pros: Clean, tidy, well equipped. Staff amazing and friendly. Would definitely book same hotel again.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Out of the centre of Rome so quiet but the tram stops right outside so easy to travel and so cheap! Zoo opposite and park so beautiful surroundings.
Amazing suite. Very clean and well equipped. Staff were so helpful. Constantine and Marco, the concierge were very helpful and they speak really good English, so easier when you book in!

Lovely, clean apartment and a bottle of Chianti to welcome! Excellent staff and facilities with the tram service around Rome opposite! Good restaurants, supeemarkets and cafeterias a few minutes walk away - couldn't ask for more.

lovely place to Rome

Posted Sep 30, 2014
Pros: Pleasant hotel which is a calm retreat from the hustle of the city
Cons: Softer bed
Location: Hotel is situated at the top end of a large park with museums a theatre and a small zoo
We stayed here at the end of September for four nights, a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff .We had a ground floor room with a narrow spiral staircase, a kitchen, tv/dvd player, aircon and shower over bath. We did not use the pool so can't comment on that, a good varied breakfast set us up for the day. there's a very good bus and tram service but we chose to walk down through Villa Borghese, with it's fantastic views over the city. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

Stayed for 4 nights. Pleasant room which included a small kitchen area. Very helpful staff. Nice pool with a bar area which served drinks & snacks during the day. No restaurant in the hotel but good selection of eateries within 5 mins walk. Hotel is located at the edge of a large park with several attractions, relaxing green spaces, cafes and ice cream stalls but is within walking distance of the old city attractions. Tram stop located outside the hotel if not wanting to walk. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay

Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Lovely breakfast buffet. Centrally located, although not in heart of Rome. Short journey by tram needed to get to collection of restaurants and shops. Not a problem though as tram stop literally outside the hotel.

Lovely hotel!

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: The air conditioning could be updated.
Location: The park across from hotel has many activities on offer, from bicycle and segway hire to museums and a zoo.
This was a lovely hotel, situated across from the Villa Borghese Park. We enjoyed the morning stroll across it to get into town in the morning. The pool was a welcome sight at the end of the days sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. If returning to Rome I will definitely stay here.
