business friendly hotel. Not for tourists.
Posted Jan 5, 2013
The hotel was excellent and staff very helpful; however, it is not for tourists since it is far away from all attractions. There is a shuttle to take people to Spanish step and the driver was always on time and it makes round every 30 minutes. I & my husband went for R&R and this was excellent. No noice and not too much trafffic through the hotel. It is really 5 star hotel.

Very nice & relaxing. Service is impeccable. Room very comfy, food is delicious (but quite expensive). Room view is disappointing, bathroom is more of a three star caliber.

Great hotel to enjoy Rome

Pros: Staff - could not have been more friendly or helpful
Cons: Bed
Location: Close to city center, but comfortably removed from it
Hotel beautiful. Interior design "old school" but rooms and amenities were modern. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Only complaints, and I am nit-picking here, but dinner at Hotel restaurant was grossly expensive and the bed was not as comfortable as hoped or expected. Otherwise my wife, 16 month old child and I fully enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful hotel and lovely staff!

I chose this hotel after reading many reviews online and was very glad I did! The hotel was wonderful and the staff very welcoming and happy to help in any way. They upgraded our room after I mentioned that our trip was a treat for my husband's birthday and provided complimentary drinks and biscuits. The breakfast was great and the room beautiful-spacious and elegantly designed. If you want to be in the midst of the noise, hustle and bustle, then perhaps this hotel isn't for you but with the shuttle service, everything is easily reachable! We enjoyed the walk through the Borghese gardens, in fact we walked almost everywhere with little difficulty and saw so much more this way!

Pros: Service, Gym, Shuttle to Piazza di Spagna
Location: 5 mns walking distance to Villa Borghese, 15 mns to Piazza Del Popolo so close to the main points of interest in Rome
The highest level of service, close to many famous areas such as Villa Borghese, Piazza Del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna. One of the only hotels that has an outdoor pool in Rome. Very convenient shuttle to Piazza Di Spagna.

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location

An excellent hotel with first class service having the added benefit of a regular shuttle service to the Spanish Steps. Our only slight criticism was the main restaurant was a trying a little too hard, overly fussy food and over priced, although exceptional service.

Fantastic luxury hotel

We stayed here for 4 nights for our honeymoon. Such a lovely hotel and very impressive breakfast. Only downside is that bar and food prices are very expensive- however drinks at the bar do come with lots of snacks and there is free water at the pool side. Staff very friendly and helpful and shuttle service to Spanish steps very handy. I have coeliac disease and the hotel provided gluten free toast at breakfast and were able to provide gluten free pasta instead of normal pasta at the bar. This is definitely the nicest hotel myself and my husband have ever stayed in.
