Lovely building on the outside, good location but rooms much smaller than online pictures portray and you can hear the adjoining rooms shower, using bathroom and coughing so that was a little off putting. Also the rooms are dated and bedside lamps need either cleaning or replacing as somewhat dirty.

Fantastic location just a few blocks from the coliseum. Cafe across the street and check in was quick. They kindly gave us suggestions for restaurants as well. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Perfect central location! Many restaurants and shops just a couple of minutes away by foot. Staff was extremely friendly and they had an iron for us to use which was very helpful. I would stay here again!

I hope you like cold showers! I rented two rooms for a friend and I. We arrived earlier than expected - neither was ready which was understandable as the previous guests just left. We were told to return in one hour and they’d clean them first. Somehow they only did 1. Once we finally go into our rooms, they were actually very reasonable. Comfy bed. Bathrooms was newly renovated/clean. However, we both ran out of hot water within 2 minutes of a shower. There are at least 6-7 rooms. We both happened to shower at completely separate times, and neither of us had hot water. The next morning we were up at 5am to get to airport. Well before anyone else in the hotel would have been awake. Again - no hot water. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night. The actual people who work at this site (Hassan) is amazing - wry kind, extremely helpful with arranging transport and helping to get around the city.

Is not really a hotel, more like a B&B. A little noisy but this is the perfect location if you are looking to be close to the colosseum and the Roman forum. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The place is very easy to find and the instructions on how to get in are very clear and easy to understand.

Best stay for me!!! Immaculate property. Very comfortable bed and nice touches for decoration. Classy! Professional and helpful staff. They make you feel home. Really convenient location, just 3 blocks from Coliseum. Near by: metro station, taxis stops, Lime rides, also Termini Station is so close, you can walk like 20 mins.

Or let’s say it’s not hotel at all Rooms so small and not like the pictures showing and the funny one they write paper and put it under my room door ask me to leave 7 € cash on my room and it’s the city tax I don’t understand why they ask me for that if i already pay everything when I booked with Expedia The first and last time I will visit this place
