Excellent facilities /service for a stay in RomePosted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Recently modernised traditional building with a very pleasant roof terrace bar and restaurant which makes for a nice retreat at the end of the day.
Cons: Not much to improve as far as the hotel is concerned.
Location: 20 mins walk to the Trevi, Pantheon etc which is near the top end when hot. Easy walk to bus and train stations. Good taxi service to airport.
Lovely 4 night short break for the family in Rome. Recently modernised traditional building in a central-ish location, with a very pleasant roof terrace bar and restaurant which makes for a nice retreat at the end of the day. Excellent Staff and the best "all in " breakfast for a long time.

Luxury and location in RomePosted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: Location was great. Beds luxurious!
Cons: Elevators were strange - at times they only went up?
Location: It's in the middle of Rome - what else can be said?
If you can splurge a bit, this is a fabulous hotel. We're a family of 4 (2 pre-teen daughters), so a bit extravagant for the kids, but for my husband and I - Great! Very modern, beautiful beds, more room than we expected in a Rome hotel. In the middle of Rome, on a main street, so location was perfect. A rooftop restaurant and bar area was lovely. Bathrooms terrific. We choose this hotel during a long driving holiday in Europe, so this was one of our "reward stops" after being more frugal accommodations elsewhere. It was worth it.

Fantastic Rome HotelPosted Jul 14, 2014
We enjoyed a 4 night honeymoon stay at the Hotel Artemide in Rome. The location was perfect for vising all the sites and we were lucky enough to have a room with a small balcony that caught the evening sun. The room was newly decorated and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and the quality was excellent. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus and it was great to sit outside with a pre-dinner drink. The staff at the hotel Artemide are all lovely and made us feel extremely welcome. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Very friendly staff.Posted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Staff and rooms
Cons: Room door locks. It would take 3-5 times to get in. Also the elevator buttons are sensitive and you need to press just right to get to open. All else
Location: Very good location
Everything was perfect. Only had problems with room door locks. They are very difficult to open. My travel partners experienced the same issues with room door locks. Lastly, the captain for the roof top bar was very rude when he asked us for our free drink card. We mistakenly left in the room and went to get them. The bar staff was nice but this guy was down right rude. If he worked for me, I'd fire him! They only gave you water or a splash of wine with the 1 free drink card. Given the hotel price, maybe water should be free at the bar, kind of tick tack

Nice hotel in Rome centerPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Service, location and amenties were great. The staff was knowledge and helpful.
Cons: The rooms had all the conveniences and amenties one would need. But they were a little small. That said, most rooms in Rome are small.
Service was excellent. Very accommodating. Location was easy to all major sites including Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna, and metro.

Super clean and modern hotelPosted Jul 3, 2014
Super clean and modern hotel on the inside although the rooms are slightly on the small side. The hotel is close to the subway system. Free breakfast was included as well as free snacks and drinks in the room. Really enjoyed our stay there and would stay here again when in Rome.

A wonderful hotel indeedPosted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: The staff were friendly, smiling and nothing was too much trouble.
Location: Very central and a short taxi trip away from all the major city sights with shops and restaurants close by.
From the minute we arrived until the minute we left it was nothing but a perfect experience. It was impossible to pick any area and say that was a better experience than the overall, except possibly having a drink or a meal on the roof terrace. The rooms were very well appointed and had everything you may need for a nights stay. A great deal of thought has gone into every aspect of the hotel.

Great locationPosted Jul 2, 2014
Location: Easy to walk to any of the sights. Metro not far away. Great restaurants a short walk away
We really enjoyed our stay here. We travel a lot and cannot fault this hotel in any way. We arrived early and they took care of our luggage while we went exploring, and when we checked out we were catching a train in the evening and once again they took care of our luggage for us so we had the full day exploring Rome.
