very convenient locationPosted Sep 21, 2012 on Hotels.com
This place is really great. Close to train station and to everything. It very clean and tidy. Tony was awesome, she gave us suggestions what to do in one day we were in Rome. Only one drawback - it's a bit noisy.

Great little hotel that made us very welcome and was in a good area for safety and transport links. Lovely room with comfy beds and delicious breakfast. Staff were incredibly helpful about what to do and where to eat. Brilliant little place - would highly recommend & definitely return!

Great guest housePosted Aug 16, 2012
Pros: Hospitality of staff
Cons: You cannot control the temperature of the air conditioner. However, you can turn it on and off.
Location: The location is close to almost all the major sites in Rome but a little far from the Vatican (30-45 minute walk).
The room was nice but the best part of this guest house was the hospitality. Everyone in the guest house was very nice and gave amazi advice for how to see the most of Rome in the short amount of time I had there. In addition, the guest house is close to all the main sites.

OK for the money you pay forPosted Jun 25, 2012 on Hotels.com
Small but clean rooms, front desk staff in all 3 shifts were courteous, good breakfast. Because of its small size, it can be quite noisy with People walking around.
Excellent stayPosted May 7, 2012 on Hotels.com
Although the hotel is a bit hard to find, since it's on the third floor of an apartment building with no sign, this was a perfect choice. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The owner gave us a list of the best places to eat in our neighborhood and a recommendation for how to spend our time for our very short visit in Rome. Our room was surprisingly spacious and well-kept. Breakfast is brought to your room every morning, and the rooms are cleaned every day. 100% recommend this location!!!!!!!

Great location, great staff, average roomPosted Jan 31, 2012 on Hotels.com
4 stars for the location and the staff, 3 stars for the room. Actually the room itself was ok (I was there 4 nights), it was the location of the room. The place was hard to find because there is no signage (it's on the third floor of an apartment building) however the staff were brilliant. They gave great advise on planning sight seeing and their dinner recommendations were also good although most of them required a 15 mins walk and having been on my feet for 9 hours, that was pushing it. Breakfast was basic but good and it was brought to the room each morning. I had the single room (number 5) which is right at reception so was very noisy with people buzzing the door to the building and everyone chatting at reception but I guess that's why I packed ear plugs. The room itself was clean and comfortable however I do wish these places would realise that travellers don't need cupboards, give us a few shelves, a couple of hooks for coats and somewhere to throw our back and we're happy. I was also woken up the smell of exceptionally strong coffee each morning, to point where I could taste it and was finding it difficult to breathe, not great for someone who can't stand coffee. All in all, I'd stay there again but just not in that room.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!Posted Jan 7, 2012
Pros: The breakfast and, of course, Fabio's directions and recommendations
Location: Very convenient--less than a 2-min walk to the metro or bus stop; the Forum and Coliseum were an easy walk away and everything else an easy metro ride
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel, and I'll definitely be staying her whenever I return to Rome. The location is incredibly convenient; the owners will recommend incredible restaurants and such for the entire stay; and--best of all--they will bring a delicious breakfast to your room every morning. You just need to call before 10:30 to specify whether you want a latte, tea, coffee, etc, and they bring some fresh pastries, juice, and coffee on a tray. It feels wonderfully decadent, and I couldn't have asked for more. Also, the restaurant recommendations were great. I really can't speak much more highly of my whole experience. Suffice it to say, I had a marvelous stay in Rome, and this hotel made it as great as it was; I'll definitely be back!
