safe place nothing fancy, but not bad.Posted Oct 23, 2013
Pros: safe location
Cons: needs an interior paint job
Location: very safe and close to everything
Area is close to metro and perfectly safe, a 15 to 20 minute walk to all the fun places to be. though this place wasnt fancy at all and is perfect if your just looking for a average clean and fully safe place to sleep with no frills this is your spot. 2 of 3 of the staff was really nice. I would recommend this place for someone looking for a safe place on a budget.

Close to the colosseumPosted Sep 22, 2013
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better as they claim to be a b&b
Location: We managed to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The bus station is only 10 mins away aswel, and the bus to the airport was only 4 euros each.
We booked it because it was cheep and only 10 mins walk away from the colosseum. We weren't fussy about what the hotel had to offer as we were out all day and night and just needed somewhere to sleep. Hotel room was small but we expected that in a big city. The breakfast wasn't very good as it was just cakes but alot of it was in packets so good for taking out with you for later in the day. Breakfast is on a table in the hallway of your floor, so its close to your room and each floor has its own door that locks off to people not on that floor wich added some security. Staff were friendly but sometimes a bit late to put out breakfast in the morning which isnt good if your planning to leave early in the morning. Overall good stay for what we needed, would only stay here if you had similar needs and just need a bed in a good location to walk to the colosseum.

Clean Hotel Close to ColosseumPosted Aug 24, 2013
Cons: The bed could be a bit more comfy. It was two twin beds pushed together. The shower doors could also be a bit more secure.
Location: Close to major tourist attractions, forum, colosseum, shopping, and little restaurants.
This hotel is perfect for the traveler who wants a safe and clean place to sleep but doesn't plan on spending their days indoors. It's very close to the forum and Colosseum. It's about a 10-25 minute walk from everything. The rooms are clean, the bed could be a bit more comfy, but the staff was very accomodating as long as they were there. Make sure you verify the hours they will be in the office if you need something. For my boyfriend and I, who were more interested in Rome than the hotel, it was perfect and couldn't have asked for more, especially for the price.

room was clean, bed linen clean and changed, comfy bed, bathroom clean but bath plug did not work and was not changed despite informing htl.entrance very poor, so-called comp breakfast was very very poor, orange juice from powder, water for tea bag was hot. no cereal, only a couple of cakes, biscuits, no fruit.no service, no amenities, poor wi-fi connection and if partner signed on, no other could connect., quite expensive for a very basic B and B, although location for rail station was very good and nearest metro is about 5 minutes walk.

Great location for site seeing!Posted Jul 22, 2013
Pros: The staff was helpful, location was awesome--walking distance from everything! Maid service daily meant coming back to a fresh room--terrific!
Cons: Walls in our room were scuffed--nothing a fresh coat of paint couldn't fix.
Location: The location was ideal for those exploring Rome on foot. We easily walked to all the major attractions with lots of eateries near by.
Our stay and the B&B was terrific! The room was small but comfortable and it was cleaned daily. Breakfast was simple; pastry, fruit, coffee and juice but with a small refrigerator in our room we were able to keep other food items if we wished to supplement our breakfast or have a snack for later in the day. Front desk was helpful and even provided us with a map to help us navigate the city! Additionally, staff at the B&B were friendly and even arranged transportation to and from the airport for us.

good budget hotelPosted Jun 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good location, you get what you pay for. Basically a place to sleep but too small to hang out

Definately a value hotelPosted Jun 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a case where you get what you pay for. It is actually a good price for the location but only worth getting to just sleep there. There is no room to just hang out and lounge around as its pretty much just a bed, TV, and a restroom. We were a little disappointed at first because we reserved a room to have three beds but later told that wasn't possible when we actually got there. I would avoid it unless you really just need a place to crash for the night.

Nice b&b near public transport and terminiPosted May 20, 2013
Pros: Location, comfortable bed
Cons: The shower door constantly came out of its railing, which wasnt a huge deal, just a little annoying.
Location: it is possible to walk to and from the train station. The metro is close to hotel. If you are on a budget i
Very good hotel, great staff (Dian is super friendly and helpful), good breakfast (sweet). Our room was very small, but in good condition and very clean. Nice and safe area, good restaurants and markets around.

First time to RomePosted Apr 24, 2013
Pros: Central location
Cons: Size of the room
The B&B hotel is very central and in walking distance to the main train station (Termini) and all tourist attractions. It is very tiny and if you plan to spend time in your room instead of just sleeping there - this may be too small for you. The staff was very friendly and speaks English well. Just remember they are not there all the time, so you might have to call them. The breakfast is very basic, but you have plenty shops and restaurant all around the hotel. For us it was perfect for a 2 day experience of Rome.

Do not stay in room101Posted Apr 18, 2013
Pros: How clean the amenities where
Cons: The size of your room
Location: Close to metro and a few very nice side streets
Everything in this hotel was very clean, bed sheets, bathroom, ect. It could use a fresh coat of paint. We had two very different experiences at this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights, the first few where horrible, the room was falling apart, not gross just so small even by European standards, and so hot and noisy. Then without having to ask, the hotel staff moved us to another room, that was so nice, a bit more space, some character everything worked and it was quiet and cool. So all in all a total hit and miss.
