Very close to the metro. The room had everything we needed. Nice pizzeria across the street. We would go back!

Nice Owner at Convenient Location

Posted Nov 1, 2013
Mr. Leonard and his wife are very kind. They received us warmly although talking in English did take us some time to understand. The room is ok, and the breakfast is simple but enough. Mr. Leonard brought little gifts to our wifes after we checked out, which was a nice surprise. One suggestion: Try to take Metro instead of bus. Even with a transfer from Line A to B or from B to A, Metro is much faster.

Bed and very simple breakfast

It was OK for the money. I do not recommend getting bus from Central station to this place. Best and easy access is with the train. Do that you be happy. Getting a bus means you are going for a ride around Rome. with train is only 10 min. to all the tourist area. And don't expect a continental American breakfast.

Minutes to the metro(300m). Pounto longo is the metro stop which is only 5 stops from Termini station. That's the main station ( train + metro) from here you can go anywhere in Rome or Italy.. Loved the fact we were close to the main attrations of Rome but not in a tourist trap area . Leonardo is a great guy always available not much english but his grand daughter can help with that. He's there every morning making coffee, if you speek any italian he's very helpful.. Rooms are small but cozy, small bathrooms but nice little kitchen area comes in handy.. Little bakery next door also makes freash bread and, hot food daily if you tired and want to stay in to eat. Also great little pizza place next to that .. Really nice people all helpful.. If you want to dine out nice place( buono ristorante) 100 m from your front door great food good prices all the locals eat there.. If you are a family of four like us it was a little small but we had fun touring rome for 4 days. A small place at a good price run buy a great guy!! Wifi actualy wooks too LOL ! If its big hotel u want this is not for you.
