Helpful and friendly

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Location: Vatican is 7 minute walk. Metro 2 minute walk to get to everything.
We arrived with non working visa, debit card because of a bank mix up. Maurizio on the phone was extremely helpful in getting us to his place via bus, train and walking. His place is right by the metro, no need for a car if you're here more than a couple of days. Again very helpful, he printed last minute Vatican tickets, stores to buy things and his phone to fix our credit cards. Breakfast is outstanding and filling. If your here for a visit this is a great stay.

Super B&B - tæt på Vatikanet

Posted Aug 5, 2014 on Hotels.com

Great location, close to the Vatican

Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: The location, the breakfast and Maurizio.
Location: The entrance to the Vatican Museum is about 700m away and we pretty much walked everywhere with a 9 year old and she coped with the walking well.
Maurizio was extremely helpful in suggesting what we could do each day with a young child. The B&B is close to the metro, the bus station, lots of restaurants, a supermarket and a really good gelato shop. The breakfast was also fantastic. Thanks Maurizio!

Like staying with a frind in Rome.

Posted Jun 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was our first time overseas. My wife and I spent a week here. It was our first time at a B&B. Lots of firsts. Our host was VERY accommodating and knowledgeable about Rome and was able to help us find our way around. It is very close to the subway and a short walk to the Vatican too. The BEST part about staying here was the breakfast. Every morning was a very nice spread of food that lasted us well into the evening. I would recommend a stay to anyone and would stay here again.

Excellent starting point

Posted Jun 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Maurizio contacted us before our stay to answer questions about directions and payment. He made a good Italian breakfast and clean up our rooms each day. The B&B is just a three minute walk from a metro stop. I highly recommend!

Great location: wonderful host

Posted May 18, 2014
Pros: Besides the great location, Mauitizio is a wonderful host. Nice and clean place to stay. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty.
Location: It is a great starting point for walking tours throughout the city. as well, Mauritizio provides great information for the train, bus and metro.
close to metro, train station and bus routes; easy walk from them all. 10 minute walk to Vatican and St. Peter's. Mauritizio gave us easy directions from the cruise ship, taking the train to St. Peter's stop, switching train to go back one stop to Valle Aurelia. Take the Angelo Emo exit from the train and the B&B is just 150 Metres from the stop. Great neighborhood with lots of grocery shops, restaurants, shopping. Felt safe and comfortable walking about even in the evening.

A pleasant stay in Rome

Posted May 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had a lovely stay in Rome and our accomodation at Nonna Dea Bed and Breakfast made our trip even better than we could have hoped for. The owner, Maurizio, was very helpful, kind and serviceminded and really made us feel at home. The breakfast was simple and delicious and gave US a good a good start to every one og our days in Rome. Maurizio gave us a fine tourist map and gave us great advice on where to go and what to see according to our interests. All in all it was very pleasant to stat at the nonna dea and we would not hesitate to reccomend it to anyone who would ikke to go to Rome for a fairly small price and live close to the Vatican. Also there is a metro station just around the corner which will bring you to many of the known attractions and places in central Rome.

最高です!!THE BEST OF B&B!!

Posted Apr 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
