More good than badPosted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: Very clean and the sky tv channels very good. A fairly good range of CDs to borrow.
Cons: The service at check-in and the information provided in the room.
Location: The hotel is 10 mins walk to the metro and about 30 mins to the vatican. The street is nice and quiet which contrasts sharply with the rest of Rome!
The hotel is small but very comfortable and also easy to find. The information provided in the room is very misleading and not very useful (i.e. no check out time and it states that there is a snack bar in the hotel that is open until 10pm - nope). The guy who checked us in didn't ask for a passport or anything, although I saw another member of staff asking for this when other people checked in, so I don't think he knew what he was doing. We got there fairly late and the information in the room stated we would get cakes and juice when we arrived but this was not correct either - we instead got some nasty fizzy water. We were also told there was free water but when I asked for this they said no. They did allow us to have a kettle in our room but we had to get our own coffee etc. from a shop nearby. Overall the staff were very friendly and I thought the facilities in the hotel were pretty good as I have heard that hotels in Italy are not really of the same standard as elsewhere (although we had a power cut the first time I used the shower!). I would stay here again because it was really the best hotel I could find in the price range (with free wi-fi and breakfast) but if you do stay here don't expect too much.

Better than expectedPosted Sep 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
From past experience I with hotels in europe I was expecting less than I got. Italian hotel staff is usually dismissive and sometimes rude. This hotel was not like that. The breakfast was very nice as well. I thought it was a little pricey, but I would stay here again.

Lovely hotelPosted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: Staff, Breakfast - quirkly little touchs like the disco ball in the bathroom and surround sound in the room (listen to the radio whilst showering etc)
Location: Very close to the Vatican and a short walk from some lovely cafes and restaurants
Staff here are very friendly, perfect english and very helpful - we arrived before 10 at the hotel unexpected but were given coffee and pastries while we waited 10-15 mins for our room. They also gave us a map and told us how to catch the local bus places. Breakfast is lovely - plenty of choice and freshly made coffees to order - loved this hotel and would highly recommend to all!

Very close to Vatican. Clean and comfortable.Posted Sep 8, 2013
Pros: Hotel location is very acceptable and breakfast for free as well. Room average space and very clean bathroom. Miccaela's and Emilio's service is great
Cons: Unfortunately I've took Airport-Hotel expensive shuttle. I've would do more research and used train or Bus to get the hotel in less than half price.
Location: Train station "Ottaviano" is very helpfull if you want to go far. If you take the train from Ottaviano to Roma Termini will help you go everywhere.
Very nice backyard (or courtyard) to have a very good breakfast every mourning for free. Delicious coffee, the whole place is in shape and very clean. Bathroom is clean and the shower works great. Air conditioner works excellent (september weather). The staff is nice and help me with a USA-Italy power adaptor. Miccaela and Emilio brougth me a good service. The guy help me calling a cab for me in italian for free. Both guys speaks english and spanish so you can communicate with them. The staff during the breakfast are very nice. Breakfast is fine and at least save you $12 to $16 euros in some place else. If you walk 10 min you get Piazza San Pettro, Vatican Museum, San Pettro Basilica and San Angelo Castello. If you walk 40 min you get Piazza Spagna, Trevi Fontana and 10min far from there The Colosseo.

Good LocationPosted Aug 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great place to stay. The only thing bothered me was this hotel still uses keys. You are given one key and you have to leave it with the front desk when you go out. After going out, we came back and the person at the desk was not the same person we left our key with. I asked for the key to my room and they gave it to me. I could have been anybody and he would have given me key.

Clean hotel with good size bathroomPosted Aug 20, 2013
Pros: very white linen looked really clean
Cons: WiFi connection
Location: 5 - 10 minutes walk to the Vetican with eateries and mini markets close by
Boutique hotel need bigger Hotel Sign outside at the entrance ... Taxi driver missed the place a couple of times. Friendly staff with clean room ... neat decor with little pastries, water and juice in reception area to welcome guests. Had some trouble connecting to WiFi in room, but able to connect in reception area. Good value for the money based on Canadian standard.
