Giordano is very nice and helpful for arranging our transport. Location was really good accesible to Ottavio metro and is just few minutesnd St Peters walk to the Vatican, and St Peters Basilica

I like that the property is conveniently located near the metro station, and Vatican City is 10 minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around the area. Our host is also accommodating of our needs.And the rooms are clean and well-kept.

Giordano was our host, he was the best! So welcoming and helpful! The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The area is spectacular! Next to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and a metro station. A 5-minute walk to Vatican city! Plus the breakfast was delicious! Our first time in Rome and it was fantastic! We will definitely be back and staying here! :)

Very close to the Ottaviano metro so easy to access the subway, lots of shops and restaurants around, Vatican is just a few min walk. Giordano was an excellent host, speaks English, and makes excellent coffee! Highly recommend.

We didn't know what to expect with this gem, but it was a perfect space to stay for us. It's located right by the Vatican (same Metro stop, about 5 minutes walking) but in a fairly residential neighborhood. It's both right where you want to be and a little bit quieter. You are 10 ft from the Metro station on the orange line, which is 4 quick stops from the Central Station and everything else you want to see (besides the Vatican) in Rome. Giordani makes a nice simple continental breakfast with fresh warm croissants and toast, coffee and juice. It's lovely. The place is suuuper clean and private. We had a lovely stay.

This place exceeded my expectations! It was literally right next to the train station so was super easy to get around Rome. The Vatican City was only 5-10 mins walking distance. And the Castel sant’ Angelo was also close by. The service was wonderful and breakfast was served right to your room!

The staff Giordano was so friendly and accommodating. The place is close to the train station which gave us easy access everywhere. It is also a walking distance to the Vatican which saved me much time and money.

My daughters stayed at the Tesoro and absolutely loved it. The hospitality was warm and authentic and the daily breakfast in the bedroom made them feel very cared for. Highly recommended!

Great location and warm staff
Service was really nice. Giordano was waiting for us to check in, was helpful with tips and always friendly. The hotel is very close to the Vatican and right at a subway station, so the location could hardly be better. Very comfortable beds (we had a twin room), very clean, and the room was in general quite nice. I can only recommend it.

Good place to stay. Basic breakfast/ two slices of toast and cake. One piece of butter/ The fact you never got any choice ruined it for us. Loved Rome. Never was offered any more. Felt a bit out even asking for an extra coffee.

This b&b was right next to the metro and an easy walk to the Vatican. The manager of the property was wonderful, he treated us to an excellent Italian breakfast and was generally helpful.

For the price, this is very good. The owner lives nearby, not at the B & B. There is no access to kitchen facilities. Breakfast is a typical continental breakfast.. coffee, a croissant, toasted white bread and jam served in your room. Two rooms share a bath. One room has an ensuite. Shared bath has a step up into it. You need to lean over to lock the door or open it due to the step. It is large but beware that floor is slippery when wet. There is no common area. Rooms are large with a table and chairs an d a sofa. Only one suitcase rack in our twin room. Located on the 5th floor with very small and slow elevator. Steps up to elevator and door to B&B suite. Lots of keys! Overall it is very clean and beds are reasonably comfortable. Very close to the Vatican and steps from Metro. Good restaurants and shopping close by.

The location was perfect to see the sites. The Metro stop was located next to the B&B. The rooms were cleaned daily. They were very helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was nice and brought to the room.

Lovely place to stay, clean, comfy and the breakfast and cappuccino were so nicely done. Close to the metro or half hour walk from city center. The Vatican is practically next door and if you prefer a no line waiting tour, they will hook you up with a wonderful tour. We loved it! Will stay there again.

This place is great, if you are looking for a moderately priced place, I highly recommend. Less than a minute from a very convenient metro station, and less than ten minute walk to the Vatican. The free breakfast was delicious. And my room had a cute little balcony with a view of the city that I absolutely adored.

Accommodationwas easy to find and is excellently situated with regards access to public transport and the Vatican.Our host was super courteous and helpful.
