Nice Room, Good Price, A little out of the Way.
Posted Jan 4, 2013
This Hotel/B & B is nice, the staff are pleasent and friendly. I would recommend it for a longer stay in rome though. We were only there for 4 days and it is a little out of the way, from the main sights and direct public transportation. There is a bus stop and tram stop along about 10 minutes away, but the you will probably have to transfer on the tram at least once, and we used the bus to take us to the metro, which takes about 20 minutes once our are on the bus. Granted Rome is a tuff city to get around in. The street is quiet and it is a pleasent stay. There are a few good places to eat near by but not too many. If you like to walk and explore a city then this is a good place, to stay at a good price.

Lovely accommodation for this price range. Liked that it was in a residential neighborhood. We were there by ourselves though and it was a little creepy. What if a water pipe broke or something? TV not very good but we weren't there to watch TV. Breakfast very sparse but kitchen could be used to prepare personal items, I guess. Would recommend though.

Excellent location, amenities, value
Posted Jan 7, 2012 on Hotels.com
We were delighted, from the advance e-mail exchange in which we learned about 75 bus from Termini (two blocks away), to upgrade to larger room, to terrific apartment-like setting with fruit-seller, florist, news stand, coffee bar, and Coop supermarket within two-three blocks. Plus 8 tram just five blocks away and Trastavere train station eight blocks away (for quick, cheap link to FCO). And value beyond belief for such a big city.

B&B Nice Room
Posted Jan 8, 2012
B&B Nice Room is located in Trastevere in a quiet residential area. It is easy to get into the centre using Tram number 8 or bus number 75. Kinga and Pempa were very helpful - especially as our train was very late and someone had to come to the house to let us in. The rooms are in a big apartment. Some have a private bathroom. There is communual kitchen with things left out for breakfast.

Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff
Posted Jan 19, 2011
Before we arrived, there was a problem with our bathroom and the plumber could only attend on our arrival date, so they got us another room in a different B&B (Navona). There, Marco was very nice and attentive and made our stay very pleasant. They tried to minimize any inconvenience and next morning Kinga went to pick us up by car. Finally at our room, it was nice and clean. Bathroom very nice as well. Marta was very helpful and caring and gave us a lot of tips. Not short walking distance, but bus and tram stops very close. We had a very pleasant stay and we would come back.

Absolutely recommend

We picked this place because we were looking for one of the cheapest rooms we could find and still get a bedroom to ourselves. We had a great time and we couldn't be happier with RNR. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Having breakfast included made it much easier to save some money. The location was fine. The only downside was that it was up a hill, so you had to do a bit of work to get to the hotel, but once you got to the bottom of the hill, you could catch the tram either to Trastevere or across the river further into the city. Otherwise Trastevere is about a 10-20 minute walk depending on pace.

The couple that run the place are extremely helpful and friendly. The place is great for visiting all the historic sites in Rome. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

Clean and cozy premises, nice staff
Posted Jan 8, 2011 on Hotels.com
The staff in this B&B is very friendly. We arrived very late - after midnight, but were well received. Breakfast was nothing special but it was nice to have it in bed. The room and other premises were very clean and well maintained, with no stains on carpets etc. The only drawback of this b&b is the location - it is a bit away from the center in a residential area of the city. But the neighborhood is perfectly safe and you can get to the center by tram or by taking a healthy walk. The b&b is in the Trastevere area which is famous for its restaurant and bar scene. Would definitely recommend this b&b to others.

Not quite what we thought
Posted Jan 22, 2011 on Hotels.com
While the room was fine (clean with with free wireless internet) we did not realize that there would be no permanent reception. The place is an apartment in an unmarked apartment building (in an entirely residential neighborhood) with 5 rooms and no reception. The owner just comes to meet you upon arrival and comes in the morning to distribute breakfast in your room. We had no problems but it was a bit odd to be essentially, sharing an apartment with strangers and have no staff there throughout the day or evening to ensure safety and that there were no problems. While listed as being in Trastevere, it is about a 10 minute tram ride away from the central part of Trastevere. Walking would take a good 30 - 45 minutes.

Very Satisfied!
Posted Jan 14, 2010
The room exceeded our expectations. We had to walk about half a mile in a residential area but it was very nice and I would recommend it to everyone. The room was big and the bathrooms were nice and always clean. The staff directed us to the best (and cheapest) places to eat. The breakfast was simple, but enough, and we were thrilled with our experience.
