'Luxury' as the name states

Posted Dec 3, 2014
Pros: Everything! Only one setback....noise level (footsteps) from above and adjacent rooms as hardwood floors in and outside of rooms/hallway
Cons: Cost of Breakfast! 18Eur per person and with 22% tax rate, beware! Better to eat out! And make sure you buy the breakfast package when you reserve
Location: Spanish Steps nearby as well as two major train stops, Barberini and Spagna stations....and just off all the bus routes also!
Conveniently located in the uptown side of city, clean and ultra modern and luxurious for a European hotel! I was so impressed by the room and the bathroom/shower is a huge walkin with mood lighting and more!

Great Hotel with a Few Quirks

Posted Dec 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
When we arrived we learned that we were upgraded to the Presidential "Audrey" Suite, which was a great surprise. They had champagne and fruit waiting for our arrival. The view was gorgeous! The toiletries were excellent and so was the athletics and view of the room. The night hotel staff was very helpful. The room had a few quirks, even being their top suite. The closet lights are on an auto sensor that flickers on and off, this was quite annoying (This was mentioned to the day staff but nothing was fixed). The electricity requires a room key so you cannot charge electronics when you are out of the room. We couldn't wait to get in the hot tub, and when we went to open it up there was no water, just bottles. Also the one night I went to take a late night shower and the water was freezing cold. The room had no AC so it got a little warm, however, we were able to keep the windows open because the streets were quiet. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay there again.

Easy walking to most sites if you enjoy exploring.

Hotel is ultra modern style. It's quicker to walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain ( the fountain is currently closed for repairs) Piazza Popolo than getting on a bus. A short walk to Barberini Train station.

Spacious room with a fabulous balcony overlooking central Rome in a quiet location. Only breakfast served but plenty of good restaurants close by. A short walk to most of the popular visitor attractions and smart retail streets in the City. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff.

Excellent service. Perfect central location

A great hotel. Only negative point would be soundproofing could be better if you have noisy neighbours as we did one night of our stay. Otherwise a great place with great staff.

Super Hotel!!!

Posted Oct 19, 2014
