The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was great. There cappuccinos are wonderful. They cleaned the room on a daily basis and brought fresh towels. No complaints!

The location of the hotel was perfect for walking around the city and seeing the sights. Our welcome and the service provided on reception was always friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the local restaurants (next door) were both good value and superb food.

We did like the property, but the only thing that we did not like was that it was limited on when they use the A/C. I'm assuming that it may be a European thing, but it just caught us off guard.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, from the warm greetings as we entered, to assisting us with anything we needed. Our room was cleaned amazingly with thought and care with every detail. The breakfast was great. The service and all of the team at this hotel was great and friendly. We were sad to leave. Highly recommend this hotel.

Modern, classy and absolutely gorgeous surroundings. I felt beautiful and sexy leaving the hotel for the day or night. Bed was cozy, shower was amazing, his and hers sinks and the femine hygiene essentials was my peek.

The hotel was overall good. Walkable to many shops, restaurants, the Spanish steps & plaza España. The room was very comfortable and spacious, however our tv never worked, we had a few issues with our room key (all resolved successfully) and the WiFi was pretty slow. Please note, in March they consider it winter so there is no a/c available in the rooms. Mauro at the front desk was great, very friendly and helpful.

Lovely small boutique hotel - simple tasty breakfast - very tiny bar area Room large and light and great shower - nice touch with included mini bar in room and coffee machine Staff seemed to have to multitask - one guy doing bell boy / bar man and odd jobs ! Sadly they are let down by the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever had in a 4 star hotel- it felt like a one star bed - no sleep luckily there was a sofa I slept (badly) there The staff did try their best to help and gave a spare duvet to put as a mattress topper but this didn’t help

Stayed here to celebrate my b'day in Rome. John louis, the front house agent was excellent from checkin all the way through, he's and an asset to the hotel and I hope he's appreciated. We had a few issues, mostly caused by our electric adapters, but he was attentive, superb and hands on in resolving our issues quickly. He also offered us a lovely bottle of wine as a courtesy. I would stay here again. our room was fantastic.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was an amazing hotel from the friendly staff, to the breakfast and to the comfortable room. Conveniently located near many walking sites and near the Big Bus Tour stop. Highly recommend this hotel to all travelers looking for a great experience. Will definitely come back to this hotel in our next visit.

I mean, your feedback about your last stay here is because you had to pay a small fee for breaking a vintage lamp worth 350 euros. Also because , during your stay you never mentioned all these problems about the shower, the bed or the 2 stars breakfast, which is one of our strenghts. I really enjoyed my stay. All staff from the ladies in the dinning are to the front desk were top notch and 5 stars them selves. I'm and older traveler and this trip i was solo. They were very attentive to my needs and ever patient with me. I really worked them hard as i had issues from the beginning. They helped me with phone issues too. Sorry i didn't get names, but everyone, every shift helped. Will stay again.
