Fantastic Modern Hotel In Perfect LocationPosted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Location & breakfast
Location: In the middle of all the main attractions
We stayed here for 3 nights and loved every second of it. The hotel is in a fantastic location - we walked everywhere and, as a guide: Vatican (25/30 mins) Colosseum (20 mins) Piazza Navona (10 mins) The hotel can be quite hard to find when you first arrive so I'd suggest getting a taxi there - they kindly arranged a transfer direct from the airport which I would highly recommend doing. When you do arrive, the staff welcome you, show you around and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Inside it's clean, modern and very well equipped with a big TV, minibar, lots of space and the air conditioning works very well (and was extremely welcome after a day in Rome's summer heat). The breakfast was really good and delivered on a tray in the morning which is a great touch. All in all, we couldn't fault the hotel and if we come back to Rome, which I hope we will, we'll stay here again without a second thought.

Great base for a visit to RomePosted Jun 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
I booked 2 rooms at the hotel for our 3 night family of 4 break to Rome, and agree that this hotel is in a great central point for all main attractions. The hotel booked our taxi from the airport and arranged our return, and printed our boarding passes and online attraction tickets for us - they were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were also able to leave our bags after check out so could enjoy our final day in the city. We took breakfast in our bigger room together daily as a family - the warm pastries and fresh fruit was lovely. As long as you know it's not a standard hotel you are going to (so you have to let yourself in the big main front door, no restaurant and no lobby or 24 hr reception) then this is the perfect place to stay - we found we didn't miss any of those services at all.

Nice place, very central, NO STAFF.Posted Apr 24, 2014
Cons: Check in process and availability of the staff.
The place is nice, note that after 13:00 there is no staff so you cannot check-in after that hour unless you call in advance. We tried calling for over 2 hours with no answer, which was very irritating, only after calling Expedia support number we ware able to reach the guy in order to check-in. The room was VERY VERY small. we were staying with a 1.4 years old baby... It was a bit small for us.

Great locationPosted Feb 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
Superb location with a nice balcony, very clean, friendly staff and excellent breakfast! I could not have had a more pleasant stay and would highly recommend. It does have a few sets of stairs with no lift, so it may not be appropriate for elderly.

Great value for locationPosted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
We just stayed for one night as a stop over. It was a great location to see many attractions in Rome. We didn't get to have the breakfast because we left early for a flight but they were nice enough to put some food in the fridge for us the night before. Our room was clean and had nice attention to detail in design. The bed was a little on the hard side. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and you can hear all the other guests coming and going. For the price we would stay again.

Great location, good breakfast..I will go again.Posted Nov 28, 2012
Pros: Good location and good breakfast
Cons: Small shower booth and bit noisy at night
Location: 5 min walk from Phanteon. 2 min from a bus stop, 30 min walk to Vatican city.
GREAT location.. about 5 min walk to Phanteon.. close to many good restaurants.. Took me 30 min to find the entrance of the hotel.. there is no sign.. it is located the second floor of a building on a big street.. You must call to find the exact location of the entrance to save your time.. Breakfast was excellent.. better than many of 5 star hotel room service.. one thing.. my shower room was a bit small.. the room was very clean and modern. I will try this B&B again next time when I visit ROMA. Also free wifi as well.

great of two peoplePosted Jul 5, 2012
Pros: location and breakfast
Location: great for walking and picking public up public transportion
It was in a perfect location to get around central Rome. it might seem that everything is a far way,but it is really only 10-20minute walk to most of the sights. even the Vatican was only 20 minute or so walk. Pantheon not even 10 minutes, Jewish ghetto 10 minute, coliseum 10-15 minute walk very centrally located and it came with a nice breakfast ( meat egg fruits and breads and juice and coffee or tea) delivered to your door at the time you request. not good for someone who has trouble climbing stairs as there is no lifts. on a main street, not a side street.

This hidden gem is in the greatest location. The only time we ever got in a cab was to o o the Vatican, even thought it rained off and on. 10-15 walk to everything.. And I mean everything! Great breakfast served to he room as well. Must stay!
