Great staff and location

Fantastic luxurious hotel with very helpful staff and a great location to visit Rome. Can walk to hotel from Roma Termini and to all major the sights except for Vatican, which had a train stop right outside of the hotel.

Luxury hotel centrally located

Cons: Not told of the amenities at check-in: eg business office on the first floor; gym. Provide flavored water in lobby all day; not just in the morning.
Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Metro, (subway) station, "Repubblica" is literally at the front door of the hotel. Not publicized, but if you are an early riser, free Expresso coffee is available at the front desk until the hotel restaurant opens. Mint and lemon flavored water in the lobby is a nice amenity. Staff is eager to please. One concierge, Stephania, who has lived in Rome her whole life, is particularly knowledgeable. Most of the staff had a working knowledge of several languages, including English.

Pros: Location, staff and beauty of the hotel. Extremely comfortable room that we loved returning to at the end of the day.
Location: Close to Termini station (5 minute walk) and Metro right out the door.
Incredible staff, friendly and extremely helpful concierge, beautiful comfortable rooms with turn down service in the evening. Pianist in the gorgeous lobby every evening. It was our first trip to Rome and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and our experience was fabulous! The rooms were very clean and lovely overall. The concierge recommended us a few places to eat. We tried some of them and loved it! I highly recommend the walking tour we did with the recommendation from the hotel, it is the best way to see Rome with your quide

Pros: Le personnel à l'accueil et au petit déjeuner
Cons: En étant trés exigeant je dirai que le point à améliorer c'est peut être la salle de bain de conception un peu vieillote avec les toilettes et le bide
Location: L'hotel est trés trés bien situé avec 2 bouches de métro jouxtant !! Le colisé, la fontaine trévis, les magasins de luxe peuvent être fait a pieds !!
Hotel trés cossu et chambre impéccable !!! Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits en chambre Panoramic !! Le personnel est disponible et attentionné, on a jamais l'impression de les déranger même en cas d'affluence.

駅から近くどこに行くにも便利でした。大晦日の夜にパンとワインのプレゼントがありました。 歯ブラシやカミソリなどが部屋になく、アメニティに入っていないのかをフロントに聞いたところ、入っているとのことで持ってきてくれましたが、以降も言わなければ補充されることはありませんでした。 エクスペディアのページには朝食25ユーロと記載されていましたが、実際には35ユーロだったそうで、この金額で請求されました。 また、宿泊税を一人一泊辺り7ユーロ(私の場合は二人で四泊したので56ユーロ)とられましたが、予約時にはその通知はなく、返金不能の予約後に通知がありました。宿泊税が導入されることはわかっていたにも関わらず、予約時には顧客に知らせないというエクスペディアのやり方は非常に問題だと思います。

Excellent building, facilities somewhat lacking

Room service was very expensive, with hidden fees applied per order. For a 5 star hotel I would have expected there to be free water and coffee in the room, but this was not available. Hotel staff checked in on guest every morning to see if anything was taken from the mini bar which was annoying after a while. Also 95% of the standard and superior rooms have internal facing views which meant we got views of people in their shabby apartments walking around whilst dressed inappropriately. This led us to ask for a room change which they did provide as one was available. Location is excellent, but the hotel is not as luxurious as you would expect for a five star hotel.
