“not what I thought”

we were across the street from a club. noisy until 12pm. Help didn't even know how to use the TV that we could not get on. Breakfast was nice, but just on the tray, not any offers of what you might want, except what type of coffee.

Getting around
if you don't have train transportation in your city, be sure to research how they work. that was the most stressful part of the trip.
What to pack
If you like a wine glass with a stem, bring one, no hotel has one. A wash clothe if you are use to using one, Europeans don't use them, and they are not in the bathrooms.

“Would stay here again!”

We stayed at a different hotel in Rome a few days prior. We were not satisfied so we decided to look for another hotel around the same price. This hotel was excellent! It was located by the Villa Borghese & most of the major shopping streets. The hotel staff was very friendly & spoke english. The bedding, tv, bathroom, closet, fridge, etc. were all just wonderful. I can't believe we spent less money here & were 10x more satisfied. The nex time we go to Rome we will be staying here!
