Owner is impossible to contact. The address for the reception for check in is a literal street. My room had a wall that was falling apart and the shower head needed a deep clean.

Misleading location!
I choose this "hotel" because it was two blocks from train station. Turns out it is just an office for what they called a "B&B" many blocks further away, so did not help for my early morning departure----

Boune Vacanze
We arrived very late but were greeted with warm hospitality from the apartment owner who patiently explained every detail about nearby attractions, where we could still get food, which made us feel right at home. By the way, the Bye Rome apartment beside Boune Vacanze is owned by the same person. Location was great, approximately 5 minutes walk from the main Roma Termini, and within walking distance to all major Rome city attractions, such as Colosseum. The rooms and amenities provided were great - we were almost amazed we got such a room at this price. Room is clean and huge, with a separate area holding sofa and mini fridge. Security was also excellent, we need to pass through 3 locked doors before entering our room (4th door). And trust me, you would want this as we felt insecure the moment we stepped out onto the main street, with the street muggers looking on like you are a piece of meat for them to devour. Nothing bad to say, only endless praises for Nicole for her warm hospitality to assist us with our trouble with the lockers and additional requests that were beyond her scope.

At first, I liked the fact that the hotel is in a residential apartment complex with other hotels (2 others are owned by this hotel owner) and it is a convenient location as well. We had problems getting to the check-in location and someone on the street had to point us to 2 doors door to a small commercial shop that was the check-in for 3 hotels. Once in the room we found the bed & pillows to be hard and requested better pillows that we eventually received. I know other rooms were bigger, but we had to turn sideways to get by the bed and desk... maybe a 10X9 foot room. Our 2nd to the last night, we had no hot water or heat from the radiant heater and tried using the phone in the hallway (none in the room) which no one answers. I waited to early next morning to go to the front office (closed between 8:pm to 9:ish am) and tried ringing (knocking) on the managers unit... or at least the unit they got the extra pillows from. Finally around 9:Am they opened the front shop and came up to say the gas was clogged (?) and fixed it. If something happens between 8:pm and 9:am....your on your own!

Cozy and Quiet
This hotel was in an apartment building, with a small garden terrace at the entrance. Security was great with multiple key entry. I felt safe on the 2nd floor, the room was quiet, and nicely lit. Hotel was a 20 minute walk from the major sights.

Buone Vacanzie in Rome - Great Location
The hotel is located very centrally close to Termini Station and if you are in Rome for sighseeing this is the best location you could ask for, everything is within walking distance if you are into walking that is-:) Otherwise it was OK, not amazing but since we were there only to sleep it was fine.

La struttura è in una buona posizione anche se la stanza lasciava abbastanza a desiderare. Muro scrostato, pavimenti rovinati, e muri troppo sottili, si sentivano i vicini chiacchierare. La colazione non compresa nel pacchetto lo rende ancor meno apprezzabile

La struttura è vicinissima alla metropolitana linea A ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti dalla Stazione Termini. Ci si sente come a casa, consigliatissimo.

Op onze reispapieren stond dat we een nummer moesten bellen, voordat we naar onze B&B zouden gaan. Helaas stond wel de straatnaam, maar niet het huisnummer hiervan op onze papieren, alleen een telefoonnummer. Die werd echter niet opgenomen, ook na na verschillende pogingen. Gelukkig wel het adres van onze B&B. Daar aangekomen wel een naam op het bord, maar ook hier werd niet gereageerd. Toevallig kwamen er mensen uit de poort/deur en konden we toegang verschaffen en kwamen we op een kleine binnenplein uit. Maar wat dan? Gelukkig voor ons liep daar opeens een kamermeisje van onze B&B. Met haar naar de andere locatie gelopen om in te checken. En wat schetste onze verbazing, daar zat de eigenaar achter de receptie (en telefoon) naar een Soap te kijken. Lijkt me voor verbetering vatbaar (understatement). Kamer was verder prima,voor wat je kunt verwachten voor deze prijs. Harde bedden, klein badkamer, Allebei niet erg, plek van de toilet wel, je kunt nog beter op het bidet sch...ten :-). Perfecte locatie overigens wel om te starten met je rondreis door Rome.

Muito bom este hotel! A dica para os futuros hospedes é que o local do check in fica na rua indicada no ato da reserva, porém não ha nenhuma placa. Assim, procurem um local naquela rua onde vende-se pizza... fica ao lado para fazer o check in. O hotel está em local de super fácil acesso(uma rua de distancia do local do check in) e é muito limpo. Indico este hotel!

Watch out for late check-in!
Our plane was lending at 10:45 pm but the check in is possible only until 10 pm. This was a problem for us because reception didnt want to wait for us even if we were willing to pay late check in fee. We were told us that if we dont make it until 11 pm we can come next day at 8:30. Our fee was of course not refunded. We had to pay for second hotel for the same night.

Het hotel lag centraal vlakbij de belangrijke hotspots van Rome. Het hotel zelf zag er netjes uit en het gaf een veilig gevoel dat je drie deuren door moest voordat je op je kamer was. Dit ook in verband met spullen. Verder was de kamer schoon en netjes. De schoonmaakster was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e muito próximo à estação Termini. Porém para mim foi extremamente difícil achar o hotel, uma vez que, não possui placa em sua fachada. Outro ponto decepcionante é o quarto do hotel ser situado em outra rua. Quarto extremamente pequeno. Deve-se avaliar o custo-benefício. Como estava sozinho não tive maiores problemas!

Good room - noisy street
Our main window was facing the road. Due to pretty poor insulation it was pretty noisy as the traffic is almost constantly going at the round about. other than that great experience and nice people. Also the checkin was a bit difficult as it is at a different location than the room itself. We enjoyed it it a lot and would rebook it with a different room :).

O B&B fica ao lado da basílica Santa Maria Maggiore, em uma ótima localização, perto de restaurantes e mini mercados, além de estar a 5 minutos da estação central. O quarto é grande, camas confortáveis, banheiro grande que inclui secador de cabelos, há ar condicionado split. Não possui café da manhã, mas no geral, tivemos uma ótima experiencia.

Cet hôtel est bien situé... emplacement stratégique proche gare, metros, et bus pour l'aeroport. Notre chambre était d'une propreté irréprochable. En revanche nous avons été surpris à notre arrivée. Nous avons trouvé porte close, et avons été obligé d'appeler par téléphone la responsable pour prévenir que nous etions devant a porte. Lorsqu'elle est venue nous ouvrir, nous avons compris qu"il ne s'agissait pas vraiment d'un "hotel" mais plus d'un appartement dont nous avions la clé d'une des 3 chambres... donc, a part le ménage (très bien fait), aucun service classique d'un véritable hotel : pas de réception, on vous laisse un trousseau de clé et c'est tout ! pas de petit déjeuner non plus (étonnant pour un "bed and brekfast"). Nous avons fait une demande pour le wifi que nous avons dû payer 3 euros. A peine arrivé, on vous demandera de payer la taxe de séjour.

Hotellet er lejligheder i en bygning med en hyggelig gårdhave. Iøvrigt en bygning hvor der også bor lokale. Vores lejlighed var helt nyrenoveret og meget pænere end på billederne og gårdhaven er meget hyggelig imellem alle de andre "rigtige" hoteller. Måske lidt lydt efter danske standarder, men bestemt et sted vi ville komme igen! Den unge dame i det lille kontor var meget høflig og fortalte gerne om gode tips til seværdigheder!

Hôtel très bien situé à 5 minutes de la gare de Termini et de la basilique Sainte-Marie-Majeure, le Colisée est accessible tout en descente. La chambre (simple) en elle-même est petite avec peu d'espace libre au sol, mais elle reste confortable et complète (fenêtre avec balcon sur cour, TV, placard, mini-frigo, douche, lavabo, WC). Pas d'accès Internet toutefois…

No reception, and a bit difficult to get hold of someone. After 5 minutes we found the right person who took us up to something that used to be an apartment. The rooms were clean, but sharing one bathroom/toilet with 4 other people (2 more rooms in the apartment) was a challenge. Someone used a long time in the shower...... Despite that, it was a good experience. Cheap!!

sehr netter service, top lage - was will man mehr?
waren zwar nur drei tage hier, hatten jedoch keinerlei schwierigkeiten.. hotel ist schnell zu finden, direkt neben termini station.. zimmer sind etwas klein, hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir eh jeden tag unterwegs waren.

Le stanze sono 2x3m microscopiche è dire poco, il bagno è ancora un mistero come siano riusciti ad inserirlo in una stanza così piccola... ah già forse perchè per entrare si deve scavalcare il letto! Manca la reception e il personale non è il massimo. La zona non è delle migliori. Se volete sapere la verità mi sono rifiutata di dormire in un posto del genere, ho disfatto un po' il letto e sono scappata da mia cugina! Ci tengo a sottolineare che non sono abituta ai 5 stelle, ma questo davvero non lo consiglierei a nessuno...
