My daughter and I had single rooms which were well equiped and comfortable. The environment is quiet even though the main railway and bus stations for Rome are only seven hundred meters away. An easy walk. Breakfast was very nice with a good choice which should suit moststastes. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The internet connection was not the fastest but it was generally stable and certainly good enough for skype voice. I would return here for sure.

Stayed here for three nights in June. Hotel was excellent, staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, free laundry service available, free Wi-Fi, breakfast buffet had a big selection, 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station, walking distance to the main sights including the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain.

friendly staffs. able to communicate in English, room is clean, cold a/c, has a balcony if want a fresh air, accesible to two main stations (termini and tuburtina), bus stop is just right the front, lots of choices for breakfast. the only very slight downside are the pillows. they're a bit hard but it's a personal preference and there should be more english channels but again because I can't understand Italian/Spanish. over all we are very happy with our stay.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel; our experience was fantastic. The staff were competent, helpful, responsive and friendly, and spoke English fairly well. It was an easy walk to a main public transportation terminal (Tiburtina Fs--about 1/2-2/3 mile) with a bus stop to terminal 1/2 block away, supermarket across the street, and eating places in nearby neighborhood and on main street through Tiburtina area (Via Tiburtina, between terminal and hotel). It is a short ride to sights in Rome. The area along route from terminal is ugly but felt safe, and is better on the other side of hotel. Breakfast provided was good, restaurant on site also good. It is a modern facility, and our room was large. Rental car agency nearby (on route to terminal) would be handy for those wanting to rent a car for part of stay.

I had a great time at this hotel even though most of the day I was out. I Didn't appreciate the Night auditor because he was oblivious to the fact that there are AC ( air conditioning) in the room. He manually had to start it from downstairs. After a few minutes of trying to make him understand that I'm not stupid.. He turned it on. Ridiculous when you are paying for a room and any guest should be able to leave it on all the time if he/she chooses to.. I must recognize hospitality from Francesco, and Armando for good service and the friendly upgrade after the inconvenience I incurred.

A 10 minute walk from the main train station: just around the corner from Piazza di Republica and its Metro station. From piazza di Republica walk briefly on via Nazionale, turn left on the first street, and the hotel is 50 meters on the left. A very well maintained older hotel. Rooms seem recently remodeled. We would readily stay here again. The Termini is next to a major bus stop and a major tour bus begins and ends there: Tram Bus Open. After getting oriented on the bus in the morning (a good sightseeing route) we returned to see the city at night: that was worth doing.
Buy the Rome Pass and do the most expensive museums first. North and West of Vatican City is the Cipro Metro station: to the left (West) of the metro exit is Bonci's Pizzeria on via della Meloria. It sells an amazing variety of fresh made pizza beginning about 11 AM: long lines form and what's made sells very quickly. I will definitely go back there next trip to Rome.

We stayed at the hotel for a week in July and our experience was amazing. As most people pointed out great location. Close to subway and train station is about a 10 minutes walk. The room was extremely clean. Good value. There was air conditioning that worked so we were very happen. The breakfast was very nice with some selected meats, pasteries, breads, cereal, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, etc. I would stay here again.
