Hotel Flora is a classy and sophisticated hotel. Beautiful garden full of water fountains and large Camilia trees and a lawn for guests to sit out and enjoy. A very large and spacious lobby with an elevator to the rooms. Staff are very discreet and friendly. The air conditioned room was very light, airy with a large bed and modern furnishings with a generous terrace (with a table and chairs) giving a sensational view of the trees, hills and grand old villas in the distance. Sky TV was available with scores of channels in several languages. The marble bathroom was huge with all the usual furnishings of a grand hotel. The shower was a bit tricky but it was OK in the end.Breakfast was a feast, no complaints at all.The staff were very kind and friendly. Road noise was not a problem at all, the hotel was very quiet so sleep was not interrupted.
A wonderful, luxurious experience.

We chose the hotel for the location and were delighted. The view of the Pantheon is wonderful. Amazing staff made us feel at home the minute we walked into the hotel. These people really care about their guests' comfort. Beds are a little firm for my taste, but I would stay here again. The rest more than compensates. Beautiful and well maintained hotel.

"Great four star hotel, quiet in a good location."
Location is perfect close to termini, trains, metro, buses to Fora, shops and more than enough restaurants to suit all tastes and prices.
Ambience is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Hotel offers a free mini- bar and tea and coffee all day in the lounge area,as well as drinks on arrival. Breakfast good enough to set you up for a days sight-seeing and the roof top restaurant provides a nice spot for dinner or a pre dinner drink admiring the view.
Staff are helpful, professional and understand customer care.
Room was quiet, clean, modern, comfortable and just to repeat quiet.
Price was very reasonable for 4 star hotel with all the above facilities.
I would use the hotel again and would recommend to family and friends.

Hotel Tiber came pretty highly reviewed, but I always take those reviews with a grain of salt. However, this hotel is amazingly modern, with great service and a wonderful morning buffet. The bar staff catered to us (when we were told about a change in our cruise plans and needed a drink) after hours - they didn't have to do that, but they did! Shuttle service to and from FCO was nice, and very reasonably priced (6 euros each). We have NO hesitation about staying there again.

We were a family of 4 and this was a great hotel for us. The room, the staff everything was perfect. The only thing negative is it is a little far off from the center of town, but easily accessible by public transportation.

Lovely Hotel, though it would have been perfect nearer the centre of the city and down a hill rather than up. No kettles in rooms, and drinks ridiculously expensive in hotel (mini bar and room service) - but plenty of places in the city so it wasn't a problem. Wi-fi required daily sign on to keep it free. TV no good as no watchable english channels. Breakfast very good, didn't eat in the hotel in the evenings though, as the prices were out of the world (even though the setting fantastic).

Located on a substantial piece of land amidst vineyards in Frascati, Italy, this hotel is lovely and restful. We stayed in the suite on the top (4th) floor, which is very large with an equally large terrace and a panoramic view of the area. Quite beautiful. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and there's a terrific restaurant that shares the building with the hotel. Good food and very friendly service from the owners. Although they speak no English and we speak no Italian, we got the food we wanted, well prepared and very reasonably priced. There is another pleasant restaurant immediately next door and still a third a few steps away (which we did not try). It is a short drive into the city of Frascati--old, quaint, and very lively. All in all, a lovely place, which we were sorry to leave to return home.
