Excellent value for money in a great locationPosted Oct 15, 2013
Pros: I chose this hotel due to it being a great deal but also because it was very well decorated. I really liked the minimalist retro style.
Cons: Once there are more bathrooms (next year) then it will be perfect
Location: It is minutes walk away from one of the top tourist spots and also within wakable distance of the city centre, there is also a supermarket nearby.
Great stay. The owners were very helpful and arranged transfers and late check in for us. We were also able to leave our luggage on our last day. I liked that there was a fridge and washing machine provided as well as milk, fruit juices, continental breakfast, teas and coffee.

Great location, hard to findPosted Jul 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Hotel was very difficult to find, it is in an apartment building with no sign, no way to know which buzzer to push. Wifi was horrible and there was only one bathroom for four rooms with multiple people in each room. The beds were very comfortable, the a/c worked really well and they have a washer (you have to hang your clothes to dry). The hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican City and the price was fantastic. The staff were very nice, but not around much.

Living like a Roman for a short whilePosted Apr 23, 2012
I had a great stay at this sort of cross between a bed and breakfast and an apartment. The rooms are super cute and you feel like you're in a Roman apartment (which you are.) The shared kitchen, dining area and bathroom are all cleaned daily, and they clean your rooms only upon request. The shared bathroom is a little bit of a downer if everyone tries to use it at the same time, which happened a few times, and it is not multiple toilets or showers - it is just one toilet/shower that is either available or not. Be warned - they do not cook breakfast. I knew this ahead of time and didn't really want breakfast, but "bed and breakfast" is a bit of a misnomer. They have cereal and bread and such for you if you like, and you can store anything you want in the kitchen, which is what I did. The location is EXCELLENT. I wanted to spend a lot of time at the Vatican, and this location affords that really well. IIt feels like a residential neighborhood, but is just a few minutes' walk from all the tourist locales. And please be kind to your hosts - they do not live at the location, and so they set up a time ahead of your stay and wait around until you come in. One person while I was there had scheduled to come in at 2 p.m. and didn't show up until nearly 8 p.m. The host cleaned and such earlier, but was waiting around not able to leave for six hours! The family that runs it was incredibly nice and helpful. I stayed for 11 days, and would stay there again!

great experiencePosted Apr 3, 2012 on Hotels.com
I stayed in this b&b which was for me a surprinsingly great experience. Despite not having a private bathroom it wasn't a problem at all. But having a kitchen for me to prepare myself a breakfast the way i like and a dinner was just fantastic. There's a supermaket just around the corner where i bought my own food. Also, commuting couldn't be easier with the last stop of bus #64 just behind the building where the b&b is. This bus passes by many touristic points on its way to the Termini Station. The owner of this b&b and his staff are polite, friendly and useful if you need something. One of my greatest experience in terms of accommodation.

B&BPosted Apr 2, 2012
Staff was kind and helpful. The location was good but the B&B itself was a bit hard to find. Awesome proximity to the Vatican as well as Bus 64 which will get you pretty much anywhere central you need to be. Very nice stay, would recommend.

Worth the stay for the view alone!!Posted Aug 30, 2011 on Hotels.com
Beautiful place to stay with a wonderful view of st. pauls. Really easy to access through the 64 bus which goes very frequently into the heart of rome and only a 5 minute walk to the vatican. The room was beautiful, and clean and the owner was very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend.
