The Hotel staff was nice and helpful. The room was quiet clean and comfortable. From hotel to the Rome terminal only 3 minutes walking distance so very convenient . 👍👍

Lovely hotel in a great spot for getting anywhere next to the Termini. So trains buses etc will get you anywhere from basically across the street. Great restaurants close by. As noted in previous reviews it’s in a very busy central district so expect it to be LOUD. Staff is helpful but not overly attentive. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good if you stick to coffee fruit croissants, everything else is meh at best. The location is really the selling point. Take the Leonardo express from the airport and then walk across the street to check in.

First of all the front desk staff was not very friendly. The hotel was very close to the main train station and bus station in Rome; however, the sorrounding streets were extremely dirty and it didn’t feel entirely safe. Finally, the hotel promotes that it has A/C, but when we tried o turn it in they said they only activated during summer months. We were sweating our 2 nights there.

I booked an individual cab, and confirmed the night before. When we went to get cab next day, no cab.. The hotel besides this was very good: clean, quiet. Mediocre breakfast, no AC

Very small room but fairly well appointed. Probably best for 1 person who needs a quick stay. Our shower head was broken or not screwed on all the way and spewing water everywhere. Had to only use the handle to wash. Location is great. Hallways dirty and lackluster, but room clean.

My recent stay was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we entered the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was dirty, with visible signs of neglect everywhere. The shower had a constant leak, turning what should have been a refreshing experience into a frustrating one.The most alarming issue was the amount of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was not only unsightly but also raised serious concerns about hygiene and air quality. Additionally, to our horror, we discovered bedbugs in the bed. Despite our efforts to make ourselves comfortable, we ended up with multiple bites, making our stay unbearable and unsettling.Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, coupled with the presence of bedbugs, makes it a health hazard and an unpleasant experience for guests. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Fortunately this did not happen, after reading your review we checked and did not detect the presence of bedbugs. I will explain why I cannot accept your review, as anyone who had actually been bitten by bedbugs would not have left without at least complaining and asking for a refund request. so please change what you stated. This hotel and staff were amazing, but the area around the hotel was very scary. There is crime, people following you to try and steal from you and it gets much worse at night. Again, my experience for the hotel and staff specifically - fantastic. If you can look past the exterior environment you’ll definitely enjoy your stay. Be safe!

Staff are extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and this hotel is falsely advertised so avoid at all costs. We arrived to hotel reception staff shouting and screaming behind reception desk whilst checking in as they were watching the football. The hotel also advertises air conditioning in all rooms and after spending the first night sleeping in 25 degree heat we spoke to reception who said they have turned it off and it isn’t an option - advised us to open a window if we had an issue and couldn’t really care less - were kept awake all night either by the heat or street noise. When I asked to speak with a hotel manager I was told he worked at the hotel across the road and to head over there and find him if I had an issue. I then requested an email from the unhelpful reception staff and the hotel manager proceeded to ignore all communication sent to him UNTIL a complaint was raised externally - only then did he reply once we returned home. Avoid this hotel at all cost and spend your money elsewhere.

Staff were super super helpful! The only few comments are that the beds are super stiff, 2 single beds put together, so that middle crack was very uncomfortable, the area of the hotel is close to mostly everything however after 9pm, very unsafe and very sketchy.

This is a really nice hotel, great breakfast, friendly and professional staff. It’s very clean and well looked after. The only downside for me, as a Northern European, was that the room was too warm and I couldn’t get it cool enough (I visited during winter, so during summer the air conditioner is probably on). Even then, it wasn’t so bad to ruin the stay. Definitely recommend this place

It was right in the street which was loud when you open the windows, but once closed it was quiet. It was a great place to stay, walked to a lot of restaurants and shops. It was within walking distance of the train station and bus's. Felt safe and very pleasant.

Exceptionally convenient to Rome Termini station which influenced our choice of Gioberti Hotel. The room was attractively decorated and comfortable. Our shower required some maintenance - initially spraying water every direction but down due to limescale build-up but otherwise a pleasant stay.

Very good location, a couple of minutes walk from the train station and all transport services. Helpful and friendly staff, nice room and good breakfast. The only disappointment was that the only tea and coffee available in the hotel was at breakfast, no tea or coffee facilities available anywhere in the hotel at any other time.

I stayed for 4 nights and the receptionist charged me for city tax for 8 nights. i found it high but didnt complain and its too late cause we already left to go to the airport when i check the receipt cause it was n.8 * 7.50 . It’s convenient if you use a train however the surrounding outside the hotel is kinda scary, there’s homeless on the streets and constant police. Though theres a lot of good dining place and food choices close to the hotel.

Avoid this place. Old building, dinghy carpeting, shower too small and water drained all over the tiny bathroom floor. Door lacked proper latch. Microscopic creatures itched my skin, and every morning the staff drag furniture above you very loudly, making sleep impossible. Trash.

The area around the hotel was filled with lots of dining options and was easy to get to as the metro was just opposite. The staff even packed a breakfast bag for us as we had to check out before 7am. Thank you so much!
