Pros: It was vey clean and well maintained. Room was very clean. Bar and Restaurant people were excellent.
Cons: People at Front Desk were not very helpful or friendly.
Location: You can walk to the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, The Pantheon, Piazza Navona easily.
Hotel staff except for the people at the front desk were very nice. The staff at the front desk were not very helpful and acted like you were bothering them.

Honeymoon

Cons: Complete renovation needed
Location: Close to Colleseum & Roman Forum. 15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps.
Hotel is located down the block from the Colesseum & Forman. Healthy walk to the Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps. Close to restaurants & shopping. Staff is O.K. Not sure how helpful they would be for people that do not speak Italian. Air conditioning is shut off durning the night from 2 am to 2 pm. Makes for uncomfortable stay if the weather is hot. Facility is clean, but needs to be completly renovated. Rooms circa 1980, T.V. old with limited cable. Bed was terrible.

Perfect location. Rooms could do with a little modernisation but apart from that just perfect. Breakfast to die for.

Pros: confortable beds and plenty of toiletries to use during my 2 night stay
Cons: Shower cubicle needed a little repair this was reported to the receptionist and she jotted my comments down.
Location: Hotel was central, close to metro station and collesium.
Great deal booking with expedia, hotel receptionists were all italian and spoke english clearly No toasting machine available or toast offered by staff but when i asked for toast they were willing to provide you with toast.Overall good variety of breakfast plenty for everyone. Would recommend this hotel to freinds and family.

Nicely located, rooms have thin walls though.

Overall the location is great. The hotel is aging badly though. It is trying to be a boutique style hotel and failing. Although rooms have been made to look modern, they show their real age quite obviously. The showers for example were inconvenient, bathtub located ones, where the shower head hose is not long enough to reach the highest position on the bracket. This means the hose is basically stretching across where you are supposed to be standing. I hate that lack of attention to detail. We had breakfast included, and that would have been great, and in fact the food was quite good, but then no toaster! Yet plenty of varieties of bread. Again a little odd and annoying. The rooms were also very noisy. DO NOT book rooms on the road side of the hotel. It is just about unbearable. We actually booked 2 rooms. So I am speaking from experience. One room was road side, and the other was facing into the next building behind. On top of this though, BOTH rooms had problems with noise leaking from adjacent and neighboring rooms. You could clearly hear the TV through the walls. Which was disappointing.

Clean, comfortable, rooms very quiet, cannot find any fault with it. Good location, about a mile from main train station, one fourth mile from Coliseum. Desk staff helpful & competent. Good breakfast

Good location, big hotel

Great location near colosseum and some lovely restaurants (try 313 Cavour). Caters to large tourist groups, which is a bit distracting if you are a business traveller. Thought the management was very helpful but wished they had irons available (you have to pay to have things ironed) and that wifi was included in price of room
