OK for one night at airport

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: Convenient to airport.
Cons: Wifi.
Location: About 2 or 3 km from airport.
Nothing special, but perfectly fine and reasonably priced for overnight near the airport. Free shuttle to and from the terminals and/or train station. The only negative was the rubbish Wi Fi, which was completely useless, at least in our room, which was at the far end of the corridor.

Very nice, clean, great service and near airport

Posted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Staff helped us with internet usage as well as getting some documents printed. Waiters and waitresses were wonderful as we ate dinner there.
Cons: We had heck of a time trying to find out what bus to take to Hilton from the airport. Maybe notify customers what bus to take from airport.
Location: This Hilton is near airport as we had to leave very early next morning. We never left motel. Note that the shuttle bus is free to and from airport.
This was our last night of 10 day tour of Italy. We were flying out of Rome so we made sure we stayed close to airport. But that's not one of the main reasons we stayed there. We've been to Hilton many times before and we will continue to use Hilton. They have wonderful staff, very clean rooms, and dinner there was very good too.

Great Hotel at the Airport

Posted Sep 12, 2014
Pros: The bar and the restaurant
Cons: The hotel uses the parking lot shuttle bus for access from the terminals so it takes up to 25 minutes to get to and from the hotel.
We spent the night here because of scheduling issues with flights. The hotel is clean, modern and very attractive

Superior Airport hotel

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Proximity to Rome FCO airport, extremely well appointed and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. There was absolutely no noise from the airport.
Cons: If anything at all - a direct shuttle to the airport as the shuttle became extremely crowded within the first two stops.
Location: Great proximity to airport.
A superior hotel - from the larger and very well equipped and appointed rooms to extremely professional and helpful staff. We have stayed in a number of airport hotels and this is by far, the 'stand out'. The free shuttle to the airport resulted in a stress-free airport experience. We will certainly stay there again should we find ourselves in Rome.

Excellent hotel ,close to airport terminals

Posted Sep 5, 2014
Pros: Comfortable bed ,spotlessly clean
Cons: Inform clients when booking about airport shuttle bus and precisely where they can catch the bus..
Location: Close to airport terminals
Third time I've stayed here.Staff efficient ,friendly as ever.My room is always comfortable ,spotlessly clean.Restaurant available if you want.Only had the buffet breakfast which was fine and well priced.Only problem I had was this time courtesy bus not there so able to use airport shuttle bus instead. This was alright when I eventually found bus stop for the shuttle!!Overall would still rate this hotel as excellent ,bed and pillows were divine!

Good for a night!

Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: The staff we're really helpful & can't fault the breakfast!
Cons: An alert to let you know there's two hilton's the airport!
Location: Close to the airport, free transit shuttle available which was really handy!
Staff were very friendly, bathroom was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable but a little too soft.. They talk of being able to adjust to suit your needs but no information on "how". View is the car park from the 6th floor but we slept all night anyway! Breakfast was worth the expense and that was just from the buffet.

NOT THE HOTEL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: quiet,clean
Cons: the shuttle ride as u have to know where u are going and what terminal in the early dark morning hours
Location: nothing......by the airport which was convenient for early morning departures
MAKE SURE YOU DONT WALK TO THE HILTON BY THE AIRPORT!!!!! made that mistake and the person at front desk told me your only option is getting a cab or go back to the airport lugging our luggage and get the shuttle. SHe was rather condescending about it as it apparently happens frequently and that took an extra hour. WISH THAT INFO WAS EXPLAINED FURTHER when we made the res.

Close to FCO

Posted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: Better parking options and more reasonable restaurant pricing.
Overall, just ok. The staff were friendly and helpful but the biggest perk of the hotel is it's proximity to the airport. Rooms were clean. Food and parking were expensive.

Beware the shuttle.

Posted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Access to the airport, excellent staff.
Cons: See comment about shuttle above.
Location: Absolutely nothing within walking distance, hotel has a restaurant in the lobby.
Hotel was great for an overnight stay convenient to the airport, totally Americanized. In the middle of an industrial area (long term parking) so no feel for being in Italy - you might as well be in Newark. Take the red shuttle for long term parking to find the hotel - finding this shuttle was a huge challenge - but would have been simple if someone had said take the red shuttle for long term parking which has a very small indicator that it, not the regular hotel shuttle, goes to the Hilton Garden Inn.
