“Hotel Dining very very very expensive”
10 Euro / $13 for a draft beer at the hotel bar.....Heck, even Hilton Midtown NY is only $8. Meal was OK. bill for two w/o any drinks 30 Euro. Wait staff refused to serve "tap water" until told him I would simply go up to my room and get my own. Not the Hilton Experience I have come to expect
“When in Rome”
Our room was very clean, the staff very helpful.
“Perfect Rome FCO airport hotel”
If you have an early flight out of Rome, and transit from the city to the airport might cut it close, then you can not beat the location of Rome Airport Hilton. Right in the airport complex---you walk( actually use moving sidewalks) to your terminal and gate. Very nice place.
“Power Outages”
The best attribute of the Hilton Rome Airport is its' location. An elevated corridor with moving walkways connects you Terminal 3 in less than 10 minutes. An early morning flight makes this hotel a wise choice. The downside was the hotel's infrastructure. Upon arriving at the registration desk, power in the whole hotel went down twice in less than 10 minutes. Early the next morning, the provided coffee maker in our room resulted in a blown circuit and another power outage. The hotel manager's idea of accommodation for our inconvenience was shuttle transport to the terminal (which is a standard offering anyway). How about a nominal credit/discount? The restaurant food quality was average but prices were inflated.
“Over priced only for location”
Very ordinary hotel. Not Hilton standards. No perks for the cost, which is outrageous for a Motel 6 type room. Only use it if you are 100% sure you can't get a shuttle or taxi to the airport for an early morning flight.
“Only If You Have an Early flight”
Stay here if you have an early flight out of Rome Fuimicino Airport. If not don't stay here. It is a ten minute walk with luggage to Terminal 1 a bit farther to Terminal 2. If you want to use Wi-Fi, stay someplace else: 12 Euro per hour/ 22 Euro per day. Why Italian hotels are so set on ripping their customers off on Wi-Fi charges amazes me but I found it prevalent through out the country.
“Great location and shuttle service to Rome!”
The floor of the hallway to our room looked like they hadn't vacuumed in a week or more, with piles of crumbs left from food trays and dust bunnies and/or dirt everywhere! The shower had no shelf or place to put shampoo or soap. And when you go to the pool spa area, they make you leave and stand in the reception line to get slippers for your feet before entering! Except for those things the service and cleanliness were fine and the nearness to the airport and the free shuttle service to and from central Rome was wonderful!!
“Roma Hotel”
Nice
“Right at the Airport.”
It's a good hotel right at the airport made the travel much easier then having to drive from Rome. You can walk right to your terminal in 5-10 min.
“short stay”
great location and really good dining
