There was not enough soap, shampoo, etc. in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable to use because it was outfitted for a handicapped person, which was great if one had been handicapped but not so great for the able bodied. Also, there was no creamer for the complimentary coffee.

Great Airport Location

Pros: A great location near the airport - it's virtually attached. It had everything we wanted, great food and service, clean .
Cons: I think they could improve on the free wi-fi in the rooms and not just in the foyer as these days most hotels and public places have free wi-fi.
Close location to the airport and smooth and friendly check-in.

Pros: location
Cons: Customer service is poor
Location: good location if you are flying out early in the am but you still need to take a shuttle if flying out of terminal 5
While ideally located adjacent to Rome airport the rest of this hotel has alot to be desired. Starting with the check in experience. Long lines and slow service. we got their early and after standing in line were told that rooms were not available for check in yet. So we proceeded to check in and were told just to come to desk when we return to get out keys. Upon return to the hotel several hours later we were told we had to stand in line to retrieve our keys. Upon arriving to the room we found that our air conditioning did not work properly and the halls all smelled like smoke.

Pros: Walk to/from airport
Cons: Signage to find it, smaller check-in lines, better bathroom provisions, better airport services such as flight info and more computers for check-in
Location: Airport, nothing else
It's great that it's within walking distance from the airport (a long walk), but other than that, nothing special.

Location: The Hilton hotel was at Rome Airport a ridiculous location for a weekend in Rome
For a weekend in \rome the hotel ws too far from thr city. We booked a separte hotel for one night in the city to enable us to see more of Rome

Pros: close to airport, clean and a very clean restaurant
Cons: the Gym
Location: nothing close by but the free and timely shuttle makes up for it.
we stayed as a family of 5. on arrival 3 minutes walk from the airport, reception very knowledgeable about Rome and very polite and helpful. clean and roomy rooms, with no noise at all from the airport. The Gym needs a definite upgrade and is full of old and redundant machines. shuttle to Rome and back no charge, very clean and always on time, with very helpful drivers. the restaurant in the hotel serves a much better food than the restaurants in Rome and the price is almost the same. would recommend to families or couples. thank you for the service and our comfortable stay

Cons: Better customer service.
Location: Airport
This was the end of our trip of a lifetime. Our room had ants. The front desk sent someone up to check and all she could say was do you want another room? We switched rooms and the new room had no top sheet on the king size bed and no chair. There was never an apology or sorry for the inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Pros: Proximity to airport but won't ever stay again.
Cons: The above. Train your staff to be courteous and respectful no matter how they are feeling. Your hotel caters to tired travelers.
Staff - reception were ecellent - courteous and helpful Bar - very good Main restaurant - problem with female manager of restaurant - she was unsmiling - rude and discourteous. Argued over where we wanted to sit when the restaurant was half empty. Ran after my husband to the lift claiming he hadn't signed when he had already signed twice and we were staying at the hotel! My husband's club sandwich was stale and inedible. I had to ask for bread etc. Very unsatisfactory overall. Carpet outside the rooms was filthy. Rooms smelt of stale air.

Too expensive.

Hotel cost $286.00 night. No breakfast or wi-fi. Breakfast cost 24 euros per person. Room was not clean. Had to keep my shoes on. Would not use this hotel again.
