Ottimo Hotel

Ho scelto questo Hoel per la sua posizione a pochi minuti dai Terminal. Posso assicurarvi la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, la pulizia delle camere e il confort del letto eccellente e colazione molto varia e abbondante. "CONSIGLIATO"

the hotel is in the airport. we only stay one night. yes, I will stay there again if my fly is an early one. Room was clean and spacious.

Pros: Location for an early morning flight; shuttle between hotel and city; free internet for Honors member.
Cons: Everything else - cleanliness, friendliness, attention to customer/customer service, etc. Sorry!
Location: walking distance to FCO terminals (except T5); shuttle to/from Rome
Awful. I even upgraded to an 'Executive' room, which was dingy & not all that clean; definitely not worth the paid upgrade.I did get free internet connection due to my Hilton Honors though. Bathroom amenities were missing (half or empty boxes were in bathroom); coffee cups and saucers were evidently not cleaned as there were still coffee in & on them; no spoons. Hair (not mine) on the pillow. The club room was nothing but a room with some drinks; and drink options were either out or scanty.There was supposed to be tea at a certain time, but it never came. Glasses, seats & tables were dirty. I got sick from the one meal (bfast) I had there; suggest you take breakfast downstairs, not club, where maybe the food had been sitting for a while. There's a shuttle between the hotel and downtown Rome, but it has a very tight timetable and a curmudgeon driver. In fact, none of the staff were helpful or friendly, except the gentleman who stored my bags and returned them to me on a cart for my walk to the airport. During my entire stay, including the hours I was in the lobby waiting for my flight, only 1 person even said, "Buon giorno" or any other acknowledgement. Computers for printing boarding passes did not work. If this is representative of Hilton, I will never stay in one again if there's ever a choice; if it's not representative, maybe corporate should send a team for re-training. The ONLY reason we stayed here was because my son had to be at the airport by 4:15am.

Pros: ヒルトンホテルということだけあり、利用前からある程度安心できること。こちらが望む設備は概ね整っていることが良い点です。
Cons: 上に記載した2点です。空港とホテルの行き来は専用の通路を利用できるため、雨風は凌げる上、動く歩道もあるため問題に思わない人もいますが、空港近くのホテルで近いというイメージが強い分、余計に遠く感じる可能性があります。
ローマから日本に帰国する際のローマ発の便が朝6:40だったため、空港に前日入りするために当ホテルを利用しました。滞在時間が非常に短かったということを考えると、満足の行くホテルだったと思います。気になった点は以下の2点です。 ・空港からホテルまでの距離について ある程度急ぎ足で、かつ動く歩道を駆使しても10分以上は普通にかかります。15分かかる可能性もあります。近いと言えば近いですが、人によってはむしろ逆に遠いと感じてしまう可能性もあります。お年寄りや荷物の多い方のために、シャトルバスを運行していただくよう改善をお願いします。 ・空調について 今回利用した部屋は空調の強さを最大にすると、工事をしているかのような大きな音が鳴りました。最初は原因がわからず、部屋を変えてもらおうかと思っていたところ、空調だと気づき、空調をOFFにすることで音は鳴りやみました。冬とはいえ、すでにある程度部屋が温まっていたので、問題なく寝ることができましたが、夏であればクーラーは必須ですので、点検を強化していただきたいです。

Very convenient....but the coffee...yeuch!

Location: I'm interested only in proximity to the airport and the convenience into town. In these regards, it's great!
For any flight before 2pm the next day, you can't get more convenient than Fiumicino Hilton. Drop off your car the day before your flight. There's a bridge that walks you right into the hotel from the rental area and back to the airport And there's a free shuttle into the city, so you can do some last minute shopping and have a great dinner..last shuttle leaves the city at 11...allow enough time to get to the pick-up spot. If you miss it, you're faced with a cab. Rooms are comfortable enough, tho showing signs of age. If you get the plan with breakfast, there's an ample buffet. My only real complaint is the coffee. There's such good coffee in Italy, but not here. But that won't stop me from returning. The orange juice is fresh.

Convenient hotel next to Fiumicino Airport in Rome

Pros: Convenience
Cons: The reception lobby is very austere. Some decoration and improved lighting would be nice.
Location: The train into Rome is accessible a ten minute from the airport and there is a shutttle bus from the hotel to both central Rome and the airport.
A one night stay ahead of an early morning flight. The staff were most accomodating - from opening a bottle of wine we had brought with us in the bar to helping my elderly parents with their luggage and shuttle bus to the airport terminal. We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and easy going the staff were.

Filthy, filthy, filthy

Pros: Walking distance to the airport and pleasant staff.
Cons: The hotel is filthy and old. Needs full remodeling.
The hotel is old and dirty. It was immediately evident when I saw the dirty keyborad that the reception used to check me in. The corridor to the room had garbage on the floor. There was a cockcrouch running around in the bathroom and somebody's hair in the bathtub in my room. This hotel requires full remodel. I cannot believe that Hilton is not embarassed to have its name on this property. The positives are that the hotel is walking distance to airport (that was the reason I stayed there, had an overnight layover at the airport). The staff is very pleasant. I would not stay there again.

Second stay at end of holiday

Pros: Efficient reception, nice rooms
Cons: Choice in the restaurant in the evening
Arrived early after end of cruise, efficient check in and luggage stowed (as room was not available, this was before 10am so we did not expect it would be), able to catch 10 o'clock courtesy but into Rome and spent 4.5 hours there returning to hotel more because it was a cold miserable day. Choice of for for evening meal could be better but good price and well prepared.

空港に近いホテル

空港に近く、翌日のフライトのために宿泊しました。 施設はとても綺麗で最終日をゆっくり過ごせました。 朝食は高かったですが、メニューが豊富でとても良かったです。 朝食時間は1時間くらいゆっくりかけていただきました。 自分で作れるワッフルが美味しかったです。
