"Close to tram and bus routes needed for most sites"
Staff exceptionally helpful. Breakfast plentiful with a number of choices. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Some noise if near lifts first thing in the morning but as most guests up and out to see the sites then acceptable. Staff very knowledgeable about which public transport mode to use to get to all visitor attractions. Bus and tram routes outside the hotel direct to Vatican and Colosseum. Supermarket opposite to buy fruit, drinks etc

Great location for the city centre, use the shuttle bus to get into the city and then taxi back or visa versa the driver was lovely use to leave right on time plus 2 minutes. Hotel rooms fantastic and clean, if you fancy eating with locals just walk out of Hotel down the road and find these little restaurants which are not great looking but fabulous food and service with great surprise at the end of a small bill!! We had same food and drinks the next night in Pantheon square for a party of 10 and it was 120% more in price, you work it out.

This place can be very expensive is you book late or during a time they are busy. Otherwise it's comparable to other hotels in the immediate area and around Rome.
The hotel was excellent. Rooms were a bit smallish, windows weird, but otherwise nice. Staff were great. They have a little area near the lobby that has 4 slot machines. Not that one goes to Italy to play their slots (strange operations btw), we won more than 100 euro. LOL. Even the front desk was puzzled we won when we cashed in. We probably were the only ones to win in years, because the games are so confusing everyone loses. But, we're young, so we know video games!
The hotel is absolutely the best on the connecting covered walkway into the airport. You have to go outside the hotel, to the edge of the property, ride an elevator up 2 floors to the walkway and then just walk straight in, I guess it's probably 2-3 blocks on the covered walkway.
The check in parking out front under the port cochere was a bit confusing. We figure though most people don't have cars that stay here. They have no parking signs everywhere and a convenient bank of parking roped off. And a shuttle stop right in the front. We were puzzled where to park for the few minutes to drop off bags. So, we parked in a no parking zone. The beginning of the stay was frustrating.
