Nice hotel near airport.

Nice hotel. Only problem is it's in a corporate park and not near anything walkable.

Location is far from tourist attractions. Rooms and beds leave much to be desired. Pool closes at 8:00. Staff is not friendly . Restaurant is too expensive. Restaurant staff seem incompetent! Good not that great!

Back Pack stolen from lobby!

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Room is big and nice.
Cons: needs to train their staff how to be nice and helpful
Location: Nothing close by, only one restaurant near by, which is very good! Ribeye steak is 12 euros and is very good.
Room and accommodation are very nice, the counter staff and manager were not very helpful when we had our back pack stolen from the lobby. Had to daily for wi-fi which is odd ( 7 euros/day), shuttle to hotel is also not free, 4 euros/ person. Hotel is far out from central and only one restaurant close by to eat, which is much chapter than foods at the hotel. Taxi is expensive from here, train is confusing with schedule. Unless you are familiar with Rome, I would not stay at this Hotel. Stay closer the Vatican is better.

Conveniently located close to place of visit and easily accessible as close to train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room, spacious and comfy. One thing, not much else around the area but you can't blame the hotel for that!

A great stay at a great value

Posted Feb 28, 2014
Pros: The location was great - loved it being by the subway which made everything accessible and cheap. Beds were not bad but the carpet was a little dated
Cons: The carpeting! the vent also had an unappealing stain.
Location: Train station - takes you to the colliseum, vatican city, a hub similar to times square in NYC and much more. Within the immediate area is nothing aro
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights before our 7 day mediterranean cruise. Over all, we had a wonderful stay due to accomodations, professional and courteous staff, and location. Location: the hotel itself is located in the business district so you're not located close to many attractions. However, you're about a 15 minute drive from the airport (they provide free airport shuttle TO the hotel). They also provide a shuttle into the city for about 8 euro/pp round trip which runs on a specific schedule (be mindful of the shuttle schedule or risk paying an expensive taxi fare back to the hotel. If you're feeling a little adventurous and want to save on money, hop on the train! it's only about 3 euros round trip & about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The train stops at major sights and allowed us to feel more like locals than tourists - highly recommend you learn to use this & you will SAVE tons. Don't bother with tour busses. The front desk was wonderful at giving out maps and explaining the different sights to see and routes - use them! I believe the train station closest to the hotel is called Muratella.

We loved staying in this hotel. It was a great value for the price, friendly staff and great restaurant on site. It is within walking distance to public transport that you can take to go to the city if you cant catch to shuttle bus. I recommend this hotel.

The location does not suit well for the tourist.

Posted Oct 18, 2013
Pros: Restaurant
Cons: Customer care, room decor, more frequent shuttles to city and airport. I was not provided the location
Location: Not easy to commute to city. There was no restaurant near by.
I had to ring few times before simple things was sorted such as- Iron and Iron board, door and gym keys .I had to request several times for coffee and milk because there was only a sachet of coffee provided each day.
