The location does not suit well for the tourist.Posted Oct 18, 2013
Cons: Customer care, room decor, more frequent shuttles to city and airport. I was not provided the location
Location: Not easy to commute to city. There was no restaurant near by.
I had to ring few times before simple things was sorted such as- Iron and Iron board, door and gym keys .I had to request several times for coffee and milk because there was only a sachet of coffee provided each day.

The room was good size and clean. The location is very convinient if you have a car, right of the exit, easy to find, 15 min to the city center. Their pool is open from 10am to 8pm, which makes it useless for a tourist.

Ok hotel but poor staffPosted Aug 23, 2013
Pros: Swimming pool
Cons: Change the gift shop / or the guy!
Staff generally laid back, not interested in hospitality or anything. Terrible gift /travel shop. The guy shouting at tourists when ask for information or travel ticket!!! Unacceptable behaviour! but guess any review or comment wont change anything. More already covered by many in various reviewers.

Last place before going homePosted Aug 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was fine for a night before going to the airport but they nickeled and dimed you to death. Pay for wifi (even in the business center, works only on one devide), shuttle for airport, etc. We may just have been spoiled after two weeks in Europe, but the food was very expensive and there was nowhere else to eat in walking distance (would need to pay for a cab or the shuttle). The room was comfortable and the hotel was clean but if you can stay closer to the city and enjoy one final night in the heart of Rome, I would do that.

Good hotel but not perfect.Posted Aug 22, 2013
Pros: Staff friendly, hotel pool was large and excellent.nice clean lobby area that gives the feel a touch of class.
Cons: New carpet please! There should be a free Internet computer in reception.
Location: Very safe area nothing nearby other than offices and train station but if you want a large swimming pool then I guess you need to be out of town.
Decent hotel for the price, pool was essential has it was too hot to walk Rome all day. Breakfast is basic for a veggie but had to pay full price since there was no contential option. Rooms are ok but can do with new carpet. Pictures shown on the web site are from the 2nd floor which I guess is the only floor that's been refurbished so feel a little coned. Did it impact on our holiday overall answer is no. Train station is 5min walk and is a cheaper option then the hotel shuttle bus.

Don't believe the bad reviews!Posted Aug 21, 2013
This place was perfect for travelling with young kids (6 & 8), they loved the pool and were happy to get back to the hotel after a long (hot) day of touring Rome.

Disappointing hotel!Posted Aug 19, 2013
Pros: Rooms were clean and spacious
Cons: Free wifi in lobby at least, review food prices and pool opening times.
Location: Nothing close by, as it is close to the motorway. Too far from the city.
Too far from the city centre, hotel shuttle too expensive (train cost us 3 euros round trip per person whereas hotel was 4 euros one way!) no amenities nearby, food at phenomenal price with very limited variety, breakfast buffet not worth the price, pool timings were not practical at all, gym equipment didn't even work, no free wifi at all, no safe in rooms, fridge didn't work, very limited tv channels choice.

Pros: The view and the room
Cons: The hidden charges and the attitude of the front desk staff
Location: A distance from Rome
Fantastic hotel excellent rooms, wonderful shuttle service into Rome, however like everywhere in Italy it's all the hidden charges, so what initially was an amazing deal ended being expensive as 13 Euros per person is a bit much! And the shuttle service should be free to encourage people to use the hotel. But the hotel was lovely fantastic pool!
