Situation et accueilPosted Jul 1, 2015
Pros: Accueil Situation

Comfortable, clean, basic hotel near Vatican CityPosted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: The terrace on the 4th floor is a nice outdoor space - good for relaxing and a nice alternative eating space if you bring in your own food.
Cons: Wifi that works in the rooms would be nice. Also, a simple continental breakfast on the terrace would be convenient.
Location: Good location near Vatican. Also, very close to a charming street with lots of outdoor restaurants and shops: Borgo Pio. Nice to explore.
The hotel was easy to find midway between St. Peter's and Castel S. Angelo. Staff was friendly and helpful: stored our luggage until check-in since we arrived early. They also helped us to ensure the air conditioning was turned on. Although the hotel is on a fairly busy street (there's a bus stop near the hotel entrance which is convenient) and our room faced the front, we were pleasantly surprised how well the windows blocked out the noise. The blackout curtains were great, too, ensuring good sleep. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean. The shower is a bit narrow, which could be challenging for larger-sized guests. Wifi only works on the terrace on the 4th floor - not in the rooms. No continental breakfast, but eateries are close by.

Functional...Posted Jun 19, 2015
Location: Location great..lots to do and see
Being so close to the Vatican is handy and very close to the a castle which is great. It is also within walking distance of Piazza Navone and the Pantheon. However the WiFi wouldn't work even on the roof and our air on wouldn't work...we had to leave the window open at night. The noise off the street below was unbelievable. . Wine and earplugs made sure we slept but with difficulty. The staff were really helpfull and apologized many times for the lack of air con. The rooms were cleaned everyday and we did get fresh bed linen and towels.

Great Location to the VaticanPosted May 29, 2015
Pros: Location to the Vatican
Cons: Wifi availability
When we first pulled up to the hotel, we were concerned with the area. After walking around Rome, we found that it was a nice area and it is Rome overall that has graffiti everywhere. The room was comfortable and had enough room for us. We were lucky enough to stay in a room right next to the terrace and could access the wifi from our room, so this was great. The location is great, as it is 3 blocks from the Vatican and only a block from a lot of restaurants and gelaterias. For being a 2 star hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel.

Nice 2 star hotel in great locationPosted May 18, 2015
Cons: Friendliness of staff
Location: Great location . Walking distance to Vatican, shops, restaurants and bus.
Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Vatican and Vatican museums. Close to restaurants and bus line. This is a 2 star hotel , that was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, with the exception of one man at front desk. They don't charge for WiFi but you go to the rooftop patio to use it, we liked the patio so no big deal for us. The charge 10 euros per day for air conditioning, we were there mid May and did not need it. We opened the windows, the street in front of hotel is very busy and can be quite noisy. The morning we were leaving our car to airport was late, I asked the front desk if I could use the phone to call and was told to just take a cab to airport. That would have been another 50 euros. Our car arrived, thankfully but that left a bad taste for this hotel.

Gute LagePosted May 17, 2015
Pros: Lage und das freundliche Personal.
Cons: Komfort, Zustand
Gute Lage, freundliches Personal.
