Staff seemed worked too hard; over night crew seemed to be inconvenienced by late check in. Facilities were an old apartment building (maybe hospital?) that was converted. Area the hotel was in was awful. 4 star rating made my standards too high.

Elegant and quality breakfast
Perfect in all aspects. Parking place free im front of the Hotel, great facilities. It's not new but is still very modern and classy. Very good breakfast, very kind staff. Easy to reach , city cebter is just 20 kins by car. I'll be back there when ill be in Rome flying from both Ciampino and Fiumicino.

The worst 4 stars hotel I’ve ever visit. 1.No coffee/tea/hot water in room 2. No iron in room ( and not in the entire hotel) 3. All SPA /pool.. facilities are outside the hotel (2-3 minutes walking) 4. The location is in middle of nowhere. 5. Excluding one nice lady , the front desk young stuff are not in the mood to give service 6.breakfast is poor, no fruits/vegetables at all .. Do not go there, no matter what.

The spa area is amazing! Food prices at the adjoining restaurant are very reasonable and delicious. Huge thanks to Cecilia at the front desk for her helpfulness and friendly greetings. She is a treasure!

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the outdoor pool was closed, even though the website details said it would be open on weekends in October. And the weather was glorious which made it all the worse!

Rooms were slightly small but there is a great gym and spa facilities that made up for it, it’s easy to get downtown via train or car. Breakfast was ok and the staff were very friendly.

This property while very nice is FAR away from legit anything worth while unless you have a car. I enjoyed being countryside but felt trapped. We stayed at the hotel the entire stay besides leaving once to find cigarettes which are impossible to purchase in that area. We did love the free spa! Food at the restaurant and pool were very nice. However this was not a sound proof room so we heard everything and every guest. I would stay here again, but would definitely rent a car or simply make a day trip out to relax and then go to Rome’s city center.

Would like to start with local area, roads around this place weren’t paved for ages, if you are renting a car make sure to buy a tire coverage. Directly across the street from the hotel you can find trash and abandoned buildings, next to the hotel you can enjoy a gas station. Room was a little bit small, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Pool, spa (was under renovation) and gym are actually local fitness club. Those facilities aren’t exclusively for the hotel quests. WIFI was very slow, used hotspot from my cellphone. During booking process selected “pay later” option offered by hotels.com (higher rate), was charged immediately 50% by the hotel, customer representative form the hotels.com explained that this is a hotel’s policy, not sure why this option even available...

Gorgeous hotel inside blending classic Italy with modern furnishings. Awesome spa and sauna. From airports need taxi, or if your arrival/departures are midday then just take terravision bus to Termini from airports, then go downstairs and buy metro subway tickets 1.5 euro each from machine to Palasport/Laurentina station. Use the same metro ticket after getting off at Palasport and take bus 708 from small shopping plaza next to the subway station to the hotel. Only downside is 708 only comes every 30 minutes some days. Better to have rental car to airports and seeing Rome, but parking onsite may be limited now due to additional renovations. Check with hotel staff.

The hotel was nice and the fitness center was great and the pool. But it is not part of the hotel. It is a complex next door to the hotel it is very nice the gym is a full fitness center and if your into working out this is the best hotel gym you will ever get. The area does not have a lot but the rail line is a 10 minute walk and it will take you to downtown Rome. It was a good location after we figured out how to get the train. Great sushi place less than a block away other than that there is not a lot of bars or stores around close by.

A good value hotel however be prepared to travel
Helpful staff but a bus, metro trip to Rome and the over ground train to the beaches near by in all 90 plus minutes of traveling. Bring your own tennis rackets if you want to play....

Decent hotel but quite far from the centre of Rome
Not too great! Came here expecting a lot of leisure facilities, unfortunately we only had access to a small pool which was about 5ft deep. Due to maintenance work we had no lane swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi all which were advertised in Expedia. Hotel transportation services was non existent and the location was middle of nowhere. It was fairly clean and the breakfast was average.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Modern, clean rooms with free Wi-Fi. Rooms are very small for North American Standards, but really good for European standards. Great selection at breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries. Would stay here again. Not a lot to see in the neighborhood ... but the sports/recreation complex next door is great. Took advantage of the swimming pools. Again very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant/bar is associated with the sports complex. Had a few drinks here .... they came with great snacks and were very reasonably priced.

Business trip that got changed, causing a balloon charge on the room rate. That inflated rate made this a truly bad deal. Will think twice about making business reservations through Hotels.com

City break to Rome
Hotel was nice but for exploring the city we had to catch a bus outside the hotel. Then a metro. Each trip was a 60 minute journey which was somewhat annoying and could have been our fault for not looking in to things. Fro the city back to the hotel ranged from 20 to 40 euros in a taxi as the metro stops running close to midnight. The area surrounding the hotel is very run down and doesn't feel overly safe. The hotel itself was nice. Rooms nice and clean and modern although the the "delux" room we had felt a little small (again personal experience). The gym facilities were great (one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel). There is no where in or around the hotel to have an evening meal which was a tad irritating.

The hotel is beautiful. Very confortable and the staff is nice. The problem was that I was there as a tourist and the hotel is very far away from the city. If you are a bussines person will be perfect.

Great hotel
The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The cleaning service was also excellent. It is a fair distance from the centre of Rome but as we were staying for over a week and don't mind the odd bus ride that wasn't a problem for us. Once you've done the bus and metro trip into Rome once or twice it's actually very easy to get in and out and we never waited long for a bus. The only thing that disappointed us about the hotel was the leisure facilities which is a big part of why we booked that hotel. The swimming pool, spa, restaurant/pizzeria and gym etc. is not actually onsite at the hotel and is in the leisure centre next door to the hotel. You do get free access to much of it but it's open to the public and the swimming pool is always busy with locals doing lengths, which takes away from the holiday atmosphere. We also didn't get to go in the outdoor pool as it wasn't opened whilst we were there, despite good weather. Also, there are no tea or coffee facilities inside the rooms and when I went to get a cup of tea from the restaurant next door, they wouldn't let me take the tea myself but instead follwed me to my room with the tray just so that they could charge an extra 6 euros for room service! Aside for those minor points, the hotel was brilliant. The bed was comfy and the room air conditioned and if you had the window shut it was very quiet and peaceful. Again, the staff were amazing and spoke flawless English.
