Excellent value in central locationPosted Nov 7, 2013
Pros: Close to major tourist attractions and railway station
A few minutes walk from the termini station and in perfectly safe area. We walked to most major attractions, only using the Metro to get to the Vatican. Friendly staff and very helpful. We had a family room for four, adequet for two adults and two teenagers if you are out and about most of the time as we were. Clean bathroom and working aircon. Breakfast was good. Choice of fruit juices, as much fresh coffee as you could drink, and selection of croissants, breads and yogurts . We stayed for 3 nights and would recommend. Street was noisy, but when windows closed couldn't hear it.

Fair hotel, good location for sights of RomePosted Oct 4, 2013
Pros: The hotel was pretty basic but comfortable and clean, I liked its location for touring and it suited my needs ideally.
Cons: The breakfast menu could be improved by providing a little more variety to choose from.
I spent 6 nights in Rome and had a wonderful stay mainly walking around the city taking in all the main attractions. Termini train station was very close to the hotel which was handy for the metro when I travelled to Ostia for the day. An all day travel pass cost just 6 euros. The only other transport I used during my stay was a coach from Termini to the airport on the day I left for home which only cost 4 euros. Great value on both counts. Other than that I enjoyed walking and seeing the sights including The Vatican, The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Vittoriano and Villa Borghese Gardens to name just a few.

Convenient but tired looking hotelPosted Sep 18, 2013
Hotel is convenient for the Central Station but is very tired and in need of refurbishment. The fact that you can only have the air conditioning on when you are in the room is no good when you get back after a hot day.

Convenient to RR station for a night or twoPosted Sep 3, 2013
Short walk from RR station and shuttle bus drop-off from airport. Small lobby belied the adequate quality of the rooms upstairs. Had a reasonable big room and comfortable bed for our overnight stay. Despite the location our room was quiet. Had to leave too early in AM to have breakfast.

Okay no frills HotelPosted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: its proximity to Termini
Cons: Everything, internet connection, air conditioning unit in rooms need servicing
Location: There loads of restaurants and the termini is quiet close
Its probably not best hotel I have ever stayed in will not be repeating the experience. The internet connection was disappointing it kept cutting out, it was so frustrating.

Hotel AmadeusPosted Aug 19, 2013
If you can manage to figure out how to get the air conditioning working the hotel is fine. Two nights it worked for me and the otherr nights it just wouldn't work. Close enough to the coliseum but a bit of a walk from everything else. My reason for choosing was proximity to the train sataion and it was perfect in that regard. I would stay there again

Very affordablePosted Jun 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Air conditioning barely worked. Bathroom nice but shower leaked! Just enough room to get into bed. Location was great. Breakfast was adequate. Wifi did NOT work even after 2 days of requesting it be fixed the hotel did nothing! Old fashioned T.V. NOT flat screen as advertised. No shuttle to the airport as advertised.

Close to Termini and reasonably pricedPosted Jun 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was an excellent hotel. Location was perfect. Five minutes or less to the Central train station and close to metro station. Very easy to get to all of the sites. Front desk was very helpful. Room was small but comfortable.
