Discreto albergoPosted Jan 9, 2015

Variable quality of service, seriously understaffedPosted Jan 6, 2015
Pros: Clean rooms, good domestic service
Cons: Breakfast service - understaffed, food not replenished on time, dishes not taken away, lack of choice
Location: Very convenient for Marconi underground station. Beware that there are no restaurants within walking distance and hotel serves only heated frozen food
Arrived on a Friday evening. Lifts not working and no staff to help with luggage. Staff at reception seemed overworked and dispassionate about the problem. Problem not sorted over the entire weekend. I had to drag my luggage to the 3rd floor up the stairs. Rooms were decent for the hotel class and very clean. Toilets well stocked with towels. Room sizes no where like what you see in the photos. Breakfast limited choice and service seriously understaffed. You have to search for cups and juice glasses as people keep on taking them from adjacent tables when they can't find one. No proper restaurants and only serves limited pre-heated frozen food if you are desperate. There are no restaurants within walking distance of this hotel and families with small children should be aware of this. Bar service is decent and lounge spacious for this type of hotel. The biggest advantage is the underground station situated only 5-7 minutes walking distance and very convenient for Rome central areas.

Value for money hotelPosted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: Room was very large and roomy, breakfast was ample.
Cons: Tea/Coffee making facilities in room.
Location: Location was fine. Near to Marconi station but late at night there was plenty of prostitutes around.
Value for money hotel close to Marconi Metro station. Breakfast was very good and everything you required for a busy day ahead. The only thing lacking for us was there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room - only mini bar.

Algo alejadoPosted Sep 27, 2014
Pros: El personal , desayuno, wifi

Good hotel on the outskirts of RomePosted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: TV didn't have even 1 english channel
Location: Metro is only a few minutes walk away.
Rooms were cleaned daily, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and there was free wifi. Hotel was a little out of town but the metro is close by and only a 5/6 minute journey to the centre of Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even gave us a map of Rome to help us get about!

Tilavat ilmastoidut huoneetPosted Sep 18, 2014 on Hotels.com

Ironic name, not a nice areaPosted Sep 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
its an old decent hotel , needs maintenance , but if you are walking to metro at night , there are girls standing in revealing attire, standing every 10 feet looking for customer, Hotel overall is ok, ample free parking, decent breakfast, staff is very helpful but air conditioning is not good , we had to change room after first night and second room still was not really cooling but at least we could sleep. Broken safe deposit box in second room, They keep room ac remote on front desk so you have to ask them to change setting on cooling
