Okay as a basePosted Oct 22, 2013
Staff where very helpful. Bedroom could have been cleaner and so could the bathroom. There were stains on our bed covers and the sheets weren't changed. The room was swept out but only once. As I said it was okay as a base. Breakfast didn't have a lot of choice. I thought this was a four star hotel but it should be advertised as a two star one.

Easy to get into centre of Rome. Omnia pass greatPosted Sep 30, 2013
Great place only one drawback was that the bar closed at 10 to 10.30 made it difficult to chat and socialize. Great breakfast and rooms really clean.

Nice clean hotel but too far away from RomePosted Sep 22, 2013
Pros: Was clean & modern
Cons: Facilities, breakfast & bar on site
Location: Location was bit too far from Rome centre we had to get bus then metro think this should be advised on hotel description, not much to do near by.
Nice clean hotel, facilities basic, breakfast not up to much, would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room and also a proper on site bar would have added to the experience.Room was always spotless after being cleaned

All around goodPosted Aug 16, 2013
Pros: Everything was good
Cons: Would have liked more variation on breakfast. Eggs tasted weird
Location: About 30 min away from the city centre. Quiet neighborhood
Great breakfast staff, always on top of things. Easy access to the city centre by bus and train (30-40 min). Close to a neat restaurant where they serve homemade pasta. Right next to a grocery store. Free parking. Comfortable beds. Would stay there again!

nice but outside of romePosted May 17, 2013
nice hotel but it was about 40 mins from rome... during the week it was fine the bus ran every 10 mins but the weekend it slowed to once an hour... that was lame. there is a fantastic restaurant just up the road walking distance from this hotel!! owner is really cool and makes everything him self, even the pasta and cheese! overall this hotel is worth the distance for the price!

Nice rooms. Bad neighborhood and servicePosted May 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
You have to take a bus from the metro station. I arrived on a Sunday and there was no place open to buy a bus ticket. I asked the man at the front desk if I could walk. His first flippant response was "if you like" I asked how long it would take. He told me 20 mins. In fact is was about an hour and a half. And I am a fast walker. I walked even faster when I saw the neighborhood he sent me through. I have been comfortable in many places others would call scary, but this neighborhood was terrifying. I was literally grateful to arrive at the metro station still intact. Advice I got from desk clerks after that proved equally horrible! If you stay here for the good price realize the staff does not care about you and you are on your own. Do not venture out into the surrounding neighborhood past the nearby bus stop. The hotels.com site said they were less than 2 miles from the city center. This is not true! Cabs complained about driving me back there and one price gouged me, charging twice as much as he should have.
