Zentral gelegenes Hotel, nahe Kolosseum, Metronähe

Posted Apr 24, 2015

third stay at the Capo

Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: Roof terrace, breakfast, and the room was great, as usual
Cons: N/A
Location: three blocks from the Coliseum, and the Colosseo metro stop.
Another great experience at the Capo. We love the Tratattorias in the neighborhood. Easy walk to Metro stop. Was a little disappointed that there was scaffolding on most of the Colisuem and that Trevi Fountain was shut down for a major cleaning, renovation. Glad to have seen them previously.

Tophotel in super Lage

Posted Apr 19, 2015
Pros: Die Zimmerfee kam zweimal!

A haven of peace in the centre of Rome

Posted Apr 15, 2015
Delightful small hotel only 7 minutes walk from Colosseum and in walking distance of most major attractions. Attentive service, lovely spacious rooms, excellent restaurant L'Attica for breakfast and dinner. Wonderfully comfortable bed & pillows. We could find no fault with this hotel.

Not acceptable double booked no room when we arriv

Posted Apr 14, 2015
Had a terrible experience turned up at night to be told they had no room for us and be sent to another hotel over the other side of Rome and asked us to return the next morning. As we was only there for 4 nights this would have taken up a lot of time when we should have been sight seeing. So we had to stay over the other side of Rome and walk in to the centre and traveled to the coliseum. We were recommended this hotel but we never got to experience it the hotel we were sent to didn't have a restaurant to have dinner in at night so again we had to go out after sight seeing and eat which us why I booked this one so that when we got back we could relax and use the restaurant there. Staff didn't seem to care was told well we don't have a room for you so that's that. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location and nice facility

Posted Apr 7, 2015
Very good location few steps from colloseo with good connections to anywhere you want by foot, bus, or subway. Area full of nice restaurants and convenience stores, a Carrefour express branch is just around the corner. Breakfast served on the roof with a nice view when weather allies, else you dine inside. Price is ok given the location.

Great location and facilities

Posted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: The location (4 blocks for the Collesuem) and the general condition of the hotel. Staff was pleasant.
Cons: Room was a tad warm. Had to keep windows open.
Location: It's Rome near the Colleseum - need I say more?
I have stayed in a fair number of hotels in Europe and I'd have to say this was my best experience. Clean. Well Kept. Nice staff. Superb breakfast buffett (no more packaged toast!)
