Centrally located, comfortablePosted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was quite good, with variety of foods, plus they would make coffee, cappuccino, or tea on request. It was served on the 5th floor terrace.
Location: Near the Termini and Republica metro stops. Beautiful 30 minute walk down Roman streets to the Coliseum.
Hotel is centrally located within walking distance of several interesting locations as well as near two metro stops. The building decor fits nicely with the neighborhood. Our room was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and well maintained. Great room and location for our anniversary trip.

Fantastic location!Posted Jun 23, 2014
Cons: Fresh fruit for breakfast.
Staff very courteous! Excellent location (minutes to subway and bus lines). Rooms quite small but it's Rome.... Breakfast was always a treat, with great coffee, and eating outside!

Reasonably priced, good base for seeing RomePosted Jun 17, 2014
This hotel is well placed near Metro and Termini and within walking distance of main sites in Rome. It's good value for money and looks much nicer inside than out. The roof terrace breakfast room is pleasant and breakfast itself was a plentiful continental selection. The staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. I was offered complimentary coffee and pastries while I waited for my room - I arrived at 10.30am, so a nice touch as they weren't obliged to have my room ready at this hour. If you want a hotel as a base for sightseeing then I would definitely recommend Hotel Columbia.

The staff made our stay comfortable- from reception to breakfast at dining. They recommended good restaurants in the neighborhood. I commend the ff staffs: Angke (reception), Aurora (breakfast) and Jen (services) were exceptional in their role. Thank you for letting us enjoy our stay in Rome. We will surely stay here again in next visit. Thank you Hotel Columbia!

Pros: patio/ rooms were very nice.
Cons: internet and TV. The internet kept going NOT connected every hour or less. It was a pain when you are trying to plan excursions. No english channelsTV
Location: Sienna was a must do excursion!
The hotel was awesome. It was located about 2 blocks from train station. It had a great bar & patio to sit out at and hot tub to use.
