Loved this hotel, and there is a lot to like. it is quirky, centrally located and the staff were brilliant. The roof terrace was a great place, and the breakfast was excellent. The only things that stop this being a 5 star fir me is the tiny lift, the slightly tired carpets and the fact that our shower was a hand held one. However I would definitely stay here again as it was not your standard chain hotel

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of Nov 2023. The hotel is located within walkable distance to Rome major attraction. Complementary breakfast every morning was excellent with coffee customized to order every time. The hotel staffs were very nice and helpful. When we came in to check in around 8am our room wasn't ready, which is understandable, so we had to leave our luggages at the concierge. When we returned around 5pm our room was ready and all our luggages were already in the room, not so many hotels do this anymore. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was very nice and so close to the city center. The Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain were so close. The Breakfast was Outstanding as was Gabriela who served us. Front reception Staff was friendly and helpful.

Don’t waste your money!!
Horrible end to our Italy trip. We had booked 7 nights in Rome. Hotel room was so small it felt claustrophobic. We only had inches of space next to the bed. No closet space at all. Hotel staff first offered a change of room at extra charge,we agreed but then the next day other hotel receiptionist said that room was given away. They did not try to help our situation. Be aware pictures are misleading. Breakfast was not great. Staff as not helpful at all. Definitely worth the money we paid to stay 7 days. Only positive was it’s location.

I visited with my siblings during the middle of a heatwave in Rome, but Hotel Concordia was absolutely fantastic! The property was so clean, and the air conditioning in our room was much appreciated! The staff were so friendly, very much multilingual, and more than eager to help us. The property was located so close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, and so close to convenient transport links (bus stops to the Vatican City and the Colosseum were so close by). The view from the rooftop was beautiful, too, whether during the morning or at dusk. My siblings and I enjoyed some quiet evenings up on the rooftop, with beautiful panoramic views of Rome. We felt really lucky to have chosen such a beautiful, affordable property to stay at. We would kindly recommend Hotel Concordia to anyone able-bodied, as the elevator would be too small to fit a wheelchair. Thank-you to the lovely staff for making us feel so welcome!

Breakfast was ok, continentalish. Wasps dine with you on the roof top every morning. No English TV channels. Small shower. Ohh, lots of steps, and a very small romantic lift between floors. You'll see 😀 But overall a very nice place, staff very attentive, clean and tidy

Stayed at this property 3 separate times over the course of 1 year. It has improved since my first visit. Lobby is modern and new, air conditioning always worked. Rooms are somewhat modernized and clean. Mini fridge and safe in each room. Hotel staff 24/7 and luggage storage available. The prices are reasonable considering it’s proximity to the Spanish Steps. Breakfast is plenty and diverse. Beautiful terrace for breakfast and if you arrive before 7am, you can hear the church bells from the Vatican. Staff is friendly and available for any questions. Would recommend and return.

We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is walking distance to many attractions. The terrace is a nice feature to enjoy the complementary breakfast which we enjoyed very much. The staff was very helpful. The property could use an update, carpet needs to be changed and the elevator is for one person at a time.

Small room. Small shower and bathroom. Good breakfast. In December room was very hot and you can’t make it cooler except by opening the window which is noisy and you can smell the diesel. Mold in shower. Floor is scuffed in room. Front desk not very friendly but breakfast group was fantastic

Property is in excellent location and staff is absolutely amazing. The rooms are small, but that is pretty standard for Europe. It is a little noisy also overnight. The bathrooms need updating ASAP, it is extremely clean but you can see the mold around the shower or tub.

Hotel Concordia is an ideal location for the best tourist spots in Rome! After our hearty delicious breakfasts at the hotel, we enjoyed our early morning walks to the Spanish steps when the sun was just starting to peek through the Church of the Santissima Trinita dei Monti at the top of the Piazza. You can take the great photo ops at this time, hardly more than ten people at this time of the day! What I love most about the hotel is, the staff made our stay so warm, comfortable, we felt really welcome in Rome. Thanks so much for your hospitable service: Gabriele, Mateo, Jacobo, Silvio, and Dumitra!

Simple hotel in great location
Just spent 7 nights at Concordia. Hotel is simple and would need renovation (very old floor in room 405) but the room was quiet (no view), staff is helpful and the view from the terrace is pretty. Thank you to front desk (Brenda, Michelle, Danielle) for helping us booking museum tickets (bureaucratic nightmare in corona time)! We loved having breakfast on the terrace with different pastries every day (lady offered tiramisu and chocolate mousse in the morning 😀) Perfect location with everything you need within 10 minute walk, plus busses or subway to explore Rome. Buy a public transportation pass if you want to spare your feet. Would go back again but book a bigger/newer room.

Great location, cute breakfast, horrible room
The hotel overall was good. We loved having breakfast at the terrace, however the guy working there in the morning seemed to be overwhelmed. Capuccinos and lattes took for ever, same thing to get tables cleaned and reset. The young gentleman working AM at the front desk was super helpfull and gave us some tips. On the other hand, the gentleman with glasses and white hair couldnt even recomend a nice restaurant close by. Lastly, our bedroom was horrible! super tiny. My in law made the same reservation that we did and they got a bigger room, they even had a balcony. This was very dissapointing. Location is great, super close to Piazza Spagna.

This hotel is located within walking of most of Rome's main attractions. The staff were all friendly and spoke English well which made it easier to navigate. The room came as pictured on the website and we thought it was great value for money with the deal we got through Expedia. Depending on who else was staying on your floor you could hear other guests, this did not bother us too much as we were mostly in the room in the evening/night when others were being quiet anyway. The breakfast buffet was good and provided a selection to accommodate to everyone and the roof terrace is nice - with a nice view in the evenings if you want to take your own drinks up there and enjoy.
