Wished I had stayed at hotel connected to Rome airport. Spent40 Euros for taxi then the next morning 20 Euros for shuttle bus from hotel to airport (3 miles). Breakfast not good. Television very small, remote barely working. Plus side: easy walk to some nice restaurants on the shoreline. L

Spartan but acceptable.
It is a 3 start hotel and it looks and feels like one. Given that is the night before the flight back home, it's quite easy to accept (if the rest of the stay in Italy was in 4 and 4+ stars accommodations). Breakfast is below par (except for the cappuccino coffee). Although close to the airport, if a taxi is required (or the hotel shuttle; NB: NOT FREE or INCLUDED) it is almost as expensive as from downtown Rome (minus the rush traffic delays).

Dear Guest you need to learn geography because Fiumicino is Rome and these are the local prices. I think he doesn't read many books . I recommend you .It is written that you pay for the shuttle. However, the reservations are in his language, I recommend studying for the future

Nice family owned hotel near the beach and airport
We needed to overnight near the Rome airport and this hotel was just what we needed. We were able to pay $20 and check earlier than 3pm, which was nice since had traveled all night. The owners of this small family owned hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was about 3 blocks to the beach and also lots of restaurant along the beach. For a reasonable charge they were also able to take us back to the airport the next morning. The room was fine and we would definitely stay here again.

Over night stay, Italy.
Arrived around noon hoping for a room. Within 30 minutes we were given a room. Room very clean, service was first class. We went out for a walk. The sea is only a couple blocks from the hotel. We ate a fantastic breakfast the next morning then the hotel arranged for transport to the airport. If you’re looking for a room close to the airport or water this is the place.

Near Airport
Nice hotel near beach and restaurants and about an 11 min drive to the airport. We stayed here the night before we had to fly home to the USA. The front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. Overall, decent hotel. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 for comfort is that the beds were not very comfortable.

Roberto and Cristina treated us like family. We truly felt like at home, specially while eating breakfast. The hotel is not huge and that’s what makes it better. The location is perfect with a lot of things to do and the airport down the street.

Great Location, Cozy Rooms
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is a short walk from the beach, and a short drive from the airport. Service was good & breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable & parking was free but a bit confusing.

I stayed for 1 night my flight was the next morning, I really liked my room very clean the staff/owners were wonderful, i highly recommend this hotel 🏩 especially if you have a flight out of Leonardo de Vinci Rome Airport shuttle service 15 minutes to the airport ❤️

Great staff. Shuttle provided by the hotel for competitive rate of 26 euros per group. From the airport we just took a local taxi for about the same. Only drawback were the beds...very, very soft and uncomfortable...no support so if you have a bad back I'd reconsider.

Perfect combo
The staff made this stay super even though the rooms are mediocre but comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning with the mediteranean breeze was lovely. Christina is so hospitable and gracious. So close to the beach and Rome and dining options. Lovely little place

We Shall never be back To Hotel De La Ville Relais
For the face of it Rosa, the owner, is most friendly and helpful person but than came the disappointment. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights out 1st night and last night in Italy. After the first night we asked to leave aone suitcase at the hotel and were charged 2.5 Euro a day for the suitcase. On our last night our friends had a cold and we asked for some tea and lemon. for 2 tiny portions of tea we were charged 9.50 Euro. We left at 6:45 in the morning and asked for a coffee we were told it is impossible because the dining room is opened only at 7:00. We didn't have breakfact not even quick coffee but we were not credited for the breakfast however charged 9.50 Euros for 2 small pots of tea. Needless to mention Rosa asked us to bring her from Southern Italy the real Buffalo Mitzarella. We were happy to go through the trouble but we were extremely disappointed with the gridiness of the owners.

I am Rosy I answer her because I am the owner. I must be honest when writing the reviews, I am amazed at her. She asked me for help and I called Sicily for free to book the car for you 4 without asking for money.When she left for Sicily you left me your suitcases in our warehouse and this is a paid service, she knew when you returned your friend had a fever I should have called the doctors ,by regulation and you also lied to the airline which is illegal.You asked me for you and you got 6 and you paid 2, what he claimed this is a job.I'm not his sister. For mozzarella honestly I sell it and I certainly don't need a bag with 150gr of mozzarella. Business is business you should know well.For breakfast it is free and starts at 7, she is the same as all the other guests and therefore if she leaves at 6.30 she does not have breakfast. Did she want to be better than others? No lady in my hotel there is no discrimination.dear lady you know that he wrote things that are not true, nothing changes for me a review is the conscience that you do not have. Rosy

Staff was friendly and accomadating. Near the beach, shopping and dining. The room was roomy and comfortable. We prearranged with the hotel and confirmed a pick up from the cruise port. Unfortunetly, the driver did not show up. We had to borrow a phone to call the hotel. They responded the driver was on his way. He showed up 90 minutes later. It more probable that the hotel simply forgot about our arrangements. In the future, if we stay here, we will use alternate arrangements for transportation.

Excellent value for money.
Excellent value for money. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are very nice and helpful. Like most guests, we simply needed a place near the airport the night before our flight home. The location is interesting - it’s in a middling residential area, a block and a half from the beach. There are a number of restaurants on the front, no more than 10 minutes walk; we enjoyed dinner in a seafood restaurant there. The hotel provided a nice continental breakfast the following morning, included in the price. In my view, you can’t go wrong and I highly recommend staying here.

Conveniently located near the beachfront. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was really nice. Our only issue was that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, but that seems to be very common in Italy.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL...
The write up for this hotel, implied it was on the beach, it was 2 full blocks away, said it had free breakfast but if trying to so the airport it isnt available til 7 am, it said it had a rooftop terrace and restaurant and mini bar in room. It also only has Italian TV nothing in English? Bed is about 24 inches from the floor and sharp corners that cut up both my husbands and my legs. Has nothing... you had to walk to the beach where they said it has "many" restaurants and stores to get food etc. three restaurants were in walking distance .and no stores or places to get refreshments. returned to room at 4 and wanted water and soda and snacks -nothing there had to either walk farthar down the beach or go without. set up pickup for transfer from cruiseport to hotel .. they have no access to where the ships were and had to take a bus with all the luggage which they neglected to tell us before hand, .. I would NOT recommend them. stay at the airport where you have food, water, can get a wake up call and no issues....
