“Great Location”

Typical European hotel, small but clean, friendly and helpful staff. Great location within walking distance to many sites in Rome.

“Roma in mid-April 2011”

The experience was fine. Only one thing worth mentioning: Don't look for a sign with the hotel's name on it because there isn't one. When you're close the area, ask in a cafe about the hotel's location, if you're concerned. So nice and close to everything. Overpriced, but what can you do when you're in such an amazing place.

“Great location, very clean, helpfull staff”

We really enjoyed our stay (one week) at delle Regioni! Our room was a bit small (a standard doubleroom), but it was clean and cool, and the aircondition worked perfectly without blowing icecold vind directly at you. The staff was extremely helpfull, and breakfast was very good for Italian standard (they are not big breakfast eaters :-) Best of all was the location near to the metro and 5 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain. We look forward to staying there again, but next time I think we'll choose the better category of doublerooms - they were a better size.

Its not that all Fancy nor big , but you have your own restroom and shower overall its very comfortable. I say Bingo because I did alot of research and not sure about staying hereat first because they didnt have a lot of pics posted. After my arrival I was more than please and hit the spot!!! “Rome”

We loved our stay at this hotel! We were in Rome for 4 nights during our trip to Italy. The staff were extremely helpful - from assisting us in arranging reservations to offering their recommendations. Our hotel room was small but this is to be expected in this city in general. Our room was very clean and the breakfast that was offered each morning was very quaint. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Within walking distance to everything (except Vatican City - we took the metro to get there) - Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, shopping triangle, and the metro was right down the street. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel!

“Small but niffty”

The hotel is a small boutique hotel with little signage, but once inside every thing was as expected. No surprises at all. Conveniently located, close to most attractions, clean room and a nice and clean bathroom with adequate supplies. Typical small shower but totally adequate for a short 3 night stay. Staff spoke decent English and very helpful. Great coffee but the rest of breakfast nothing special! If you are staying for a short visit to Rome this is well worth staying at!

“Best hotel find, a gem!”

Excellent Hotel! Very clean and well maintained. The personnel were exceptional (if it were not for Marco, we would not have gotten our luggage)! Nice extras including stocked frig in room. Small rooms but expected in Europe. Staff went out of their way to accommodate early breakfast and departure times. Staff speaks English and pointed out outstanding, of the beaten track, sites for tourist. Location was a huge bonus. Steps from Barberini Station, a couple of blocks from Trevi, etc! Hotel staff responded quickly to all email requests and questions Excellent stay! Would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Thanks Marco, Vivianna, and Vencheinzo!

“A great discovery!”

Location, location, location-- blocks from Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Barberini subway stop. The hotel is small and the rooms are small but immaculately clean, quiet and well equipped including safes. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise with good croissants and cappuccinos. The only negative is the air conditioning in the rooms -- it was fine for the fall but it might be a bit weak during peak of summer. I would definitely go back!

“Location, location, location, ... for a reasonable price!”

The hotel is in a great location in Rome: less than 1 mile from central train station, 5-10 minute walk to Spanish Steps, and 15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. The area has great shopping. With being in such a great location, the rate is very reasonable. The only negative would be "finding" the hotel. It sits in a small side street. (I would recommend using a GPS, using a shuttle/taxi service, and/or asking a local resident.)

“Clean and convenient hotel for budget conscience travelers”

If you are someone that would rather save money on accomodations so that you can enjoy spending a little more on food and shopping in Rome, then The Hotel Delle Regioni is for you! This hotel is located in Rome's Central District and is a 5 minute walk to shopping, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and more. There is a metro stop 1 block away and it is a 5 minute taxi ride from the train station. The rooms are on the modest side, but they are very clean. My room had a flat screen tv on a wall and a small refridgerator with soft drinks and beer. My room also had a free map of Rome for me to take and use. They offered a pleasant continental breakfast with cappuccinos made to order. There is also an internet spot next door if you need to rent a computer. The drawback for some travelers is that the showers are indeed on the small side. I also found the shower floors to be a bit slippery. The upside? The cappuccino they make in the morning are delicious! I also found the service to be great. The night clerk was extremely helpful with waking me up early and pre-arranging for my ride to the airport. He was also kind enough to make one of those coffees for me at 3:30 in the morning. All in all, it was a great hotel to make my base while visiting Rome. It also didn't break the bank, so I had more money to eat out and buy Italian leather goods with. I definetely would recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a good value in an expensive city like Rome.
