Nice Hotel

Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: We liked everything about this hotel.
Cons: The breakfast buffet needs improvement. The eggs were watery and they did not have non-pork meats.
Location: The hotel is located near most tourist sites.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was near to many of the tourist sites, often within walking distance. There were several shops nearby if we needed to pick up small items such as toothbrushes, water, etc. As well, the bus station and tour bus drop offs were nearby. The room was nicely decorated and had the necessary amenities.

Better than expected

Posted Aug 6, 2014
I found our stay here really enjoyable. The room and bathroom were larger than expected and exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly in particular the ladies serving breakfast. Breakfast was fresh (except the bread) and enjoyable, great coffee and freshly squeezed juice. The hotel is within walking distance to most attractions and the Basilica di Santa Maria Degli Angeli is just around the corner and well worth a visit.

Lovely staff, very helpful, good recommendations for eating , arranged a taxi for my trip to Coloseum. Room was amazing , very clean, private little outside space , beautiful breakfast in the morning where the staff remembered my room number and what I preferred to drink( fresh squeezed juice). Highly recommend. Thanks to the staff there.

Rome hotel close to Termini train station

Posted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness. Staff. Doreen grew up in New Jersey, so she is fluent in English. Theodore was great and had plenty of suggestions for restaurants.
Cons: Nothing, really.
Location: It is in the most central place in Rome, close to Termini station. Metro and all high speed train service is within minutes walk.
Fabulous hotel. Superb staff. Can't ask for a better hotel and environment in a foreign land. I was there with my wife and daughter, and clearly we were very impressed. Whenever we had questions (and we had plenty of them), they had answers. They even called a hotel in Naples to confirm our trip to Pompei. They had all kinds of helpful suggestions for us. They programed our Rome tours and we really felt lucky to get such helpful hints. Location wise, this hotel is perfect. It is five minutes walk from the train station, but it is located in a quite alley. So, although you are in a central location, you never feel it once you are inside the hotel. I had been to many parts of the world, but haven't received such warm welcome before. Will stay there again and again if I come back to Rome. The breakfast was fresh and had lots of choice. Again all the staff always had a very pleasant smile in the cafeteria.

Good hotel near Rome's Termini Train station

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: The room was comfortable, all facilities were very clean. The breakfast buffet was ample and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Location: The train station and Metro stops are nearby so it's easy to get around to the sights.
We spent 5 nights in Rome on vacation. While the area near the Termini Train Station is not the swankiest part of Rome, we felt safe there. This hotel appeared to be one of the nicer ones in the area.

Great small hotel in Rome

Posted Jun 20, 2014
Pros: Location, staff, and value
Location: Very near Rome Termini train station and bus/taxi transportation hub. We toured through the historic sites of Rome utilizing the hop on hop off buses
We very much enjoyed this hotel, its convenient location, and the excellent staff. We checked in early on a Saturday morning after flying in from the US, and Doreen quickly got us into a room even though normal check in was not until the afternoon. The hotel is small but located on a quiet side street within easy walking distance of the Rome Termini train station and taxi/bus transportation center. Many of Rome's tourist sites are within a 20 minute walk of the hotel which sits beside historic Roman baths. There are plenty of decent restaurants near the hotel, which does serve an adequate breakfast each morning. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
