Beautiful room.Posted Apr 8, 2014
beautiful large room in the middle of all the action of Rome. We got the balcony room on the 6th floor. It was an amazing view. Bathroom and room were beautifully furnished and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Receptionist gave us a map and told us all the places to go to without even asking.strongly recommend.

Great location, easy walk to most sightsPosted Feb 19, 2014
We got the hotel as "Expedia unpublished rate", so we didn't know the name until we booked. It turned out to be a good deal. The location is super, the room was quite spacious, there was a kettle to make your own tea/coffee although it had traces of spaghetti that previous guests had cooked in it :) . We booked the room without breakfast because in Rome you can get nice coffee and fresh pastries easily - there's a nice cafe two doors down the street.

don't waste your moneyPosted Dec 17, 2013
Pros: staff were as helpful as possible - and as apologetic too!!
Cons: Lots - rooms are tired, matresses old , pillows flat as pancakes, hot water not working properly, etc..
Location: good location - close to everything

Standard budget hotelPosted Nov 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
On arrival we were given a huge room but told we had to move after 1night to a more basic room, this was fine. The hotel moved our bags to the new room, which took the attendant two tries to find. We had to ask for toilet roll as none was supplied. On check out we were asked to pay balance which was already paid, the attendant argued with us and only I had proof he was going to charge us. The first room we were given was very clean but the second room was not as clean. Good location close to Trevi Fountain. Would stay here again good service & the mini bar was well priced & stocked.

Satifying StayPosted Nov 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
The location is quite near Termini and all of the places of interest. Friendly staff and very helpful to help us carry our luggage to the 6th floor. Much appreciate it! :)

Great location.... Clean huge rooms..and bathroom.Posted Oct 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had 2 rooms a triple and double and really enjoyed the stay it was clean and the bathroom a rare find in Europe huge!! Near the Trevi Fountain and the Roman Coliseum, in one of the main Avenues of Rome. Next door to a great cafeteria where we had breakfast almost every morning. We had an AC issue and they personally fixed it immediately and that is what we look for in hotels, clean, location, and good customer service... Food and fun out in the city!!!

Happy chappyPosted Oct 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
My husband and I were very happy with this choice of hotel. The room we had booked had some plumbing issues so we were upgraded to a penthouse. The room absolutely fantastic and roomy. The customer service was fantastic also. Good location.

Disappointing: overpriced: no security.Posted Oct 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
The reception is on the third floor. There is a tiny lift, which could hold two people: we took the stairs. The receptionist was not welcoming and took us down a flight of stairs to our room and along another dingy corridor. There was no doorman on the entry to the hotel or our level, anyone could walk in from the street. The room was basic and we did not feel secure, no peep hole either to see who was knocking on our door! Don't pay for breakfast its not much more than a croissant, yogurt, coffee or orange for an extra fee. We were very disappointed as this was not a cheap hotel. We did not feel secure and the facilities were basic and dirty. We would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Good location. Uncomfortable bed and pillow.Posted Sep 27, 2013
Cons: Better pillow
Location: Approximately 15 mins. walk to fountain Trevi. Spanish step, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Patheon, Victory Palace.
Good location. Close approximity to major sites. Elevator is 1/2 to 1/3 the size of an average elevator in America. Nice size room for the price. Unable to bolt door from inside, meaning hotel staff can open door anytime with a key. House keeping cleans room everyday. No do not disturb sign. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable. Great for budget traveler with short stay. I don't consider it a hotel. It is more like a motel.

Great hotel, location, room and service. Can't complain. Centrally located to everything, metro and train station close by. Located on a major street and easy to find. Would stay here again
