Location is close to the station. A few staircases are required to reach the hotel but it didn’t feel like a hotel. The room had a smell and looked dated. Lovely staff serving breakfast.

Hidden, small, but clean
We just needed a place to stay for 1 night. This was OK for that but I wouldn't pick it again for a longer trip. The location is OK, kinda far to walk to/from train station. The room was very small but clean. Nice to have AC in the room. It was difficult for us to find the entrance from the street but a nearby restaurant employee helped us in the gate as it was locked. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. But I think there are better choices out there.

I went to Rome for a solo trip and Boutique Hotel Galatea was a dream. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave great restaurant and activity recommendations, connected me to a series of free experiences through the hotel, and were lovely to chat with each morning during breakfast. Davide and Resel were especially lovely. They make the best cappuccinos :) Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Heard Opera sung from our room.
The staff was very helpful. The building was very secure and close to many sites. Walking distance to metro. We dined in the many restaurants in the area and didn’t use the breakfast buffet offered.

Exceedingly helpful and welcoming staff. A wonderful location. Very quiet and clean in room. We had a slight issue with the radiator control being broken but this was fixed quickly and without any fuss

Nice little hotel near the train station
Very cozy little place near the train station, if you don’t mind a walk to see the other attractions it’s definitely worth the stay. Breakfast was very nice each morning. Every employee was nice and helpful

With countless other 'boutique' hotels around, avoid this ones. The place does not honor the expedia VIP perks... none, not even the easy ones. Aditionally, they list they offer free bottled water and that is not true either. The breakfast is not worth the 12E they charge some, so avoid it and eat around the block, plenty of other options. The room was clean and tidy, but it was not cleaned the day that I left the 'make up room' sign and had to get towels from the reception girl... that spoke no English, luckily we both speak Spanish. All in all, quite disappointing experience, from a hotel that clearly believes customers are a one-time visitor. I will certianly not return and will not recommend to others.

Fantastica localizacion!!!! Puedes ir caminando a muchas atracciones y tambien tiene muy cerca la estación de trenes. El personal muy amable, capaz de comunicarse en varios idiomas. La habitacion muy limpia y como en la foto hermosa. El desayuno muy agradable y variado. Es un hotel sencillo pero muy completo sin lugar regresaría y lo recomiendo.

Staff was nice and the room was clean. Parking was a joke - 10 minute walk to a paid lot. Breakfast was mediocre and they charged a full rate for just a coffee. If I could do it again I would either stay outside of Rome center or upgrade to a better place.

The position of our hotel can be a double-edged sword: you can easly reach the main attractions but since we are in ZTL zone (city centre) it is not allowed to enter with the car. About breakfast, we thought one of you had used it, as you told us , we would never charge the total cost for a coffee! Also for what happened, we hope to welcome you back to the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Rome. It was a fantastic final stay. The reception was extremely helpful. They reached out to us beforehand to ensure that they were set up for our arrival. They had a breakfast buffet and took the time to check what foods I could eat with my peanut/ nut allergy. It was really lovely.
