We stayed 4 nights at the hotel which is like an apartment not a real hotel. No elevator. The room looked different from the website pictures.Bedding linens never been changed during our stay. The 1st day we get cleaned towels, 2nd day they folded the used towels, 3rd day we didn't get towels at all and we had to ask for new ones. 2nd day ants showed up in the room.Toilet seat was moving around, not secured. The management was nice, service is limited. Location, Free internet and A/C is a PLUS.

Perfect Place to StayPosted Aug 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel Navona was perfect for us in every way. The room was great, spacious and sweet (we had the room that's in the first picture - the one with the dark brown leather headboard). It is CRAZY conveniently located - it's seriously right next to everything. To be fair though, Rome is an extremely walkable city, but this was smack in the middle between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. We needed to get to the Vatican, and so we asked the Concierge who was extremely helpful. He gave us a local map, and told us which bus to take and where to find the closest bus stop. Hotel Navona is up one flight of stairs, and it is in a historical building, so it's quite a number of marble steps. This can make lugging your bags a little difficult depending on how heavy your bags are, so keep that in mind. Random Tip: The hotel is also around the corner from a currency exchange with a really good rate. We kept on going back to that specific one during our trip when we needed extra money. Overall - this hotel was a great value I will definitely be returning here on our next trip to Rome. This has become the hotel of my choice.

Boutique HotelPosted Jul 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
The only thing missing from the room was counter space and table areas. No place to put your stuff except for a very small desk. End tables were tiny. No hooks anywhere to hang anything either. so everything ended up on the floor. Other than that, it was excellent a/c, comfortable beds, 1 American channel CNN, good WiFi, excellent location, wonderful staff, especially Mike!

great hotel in great locationPosted Jul 22, 2013
Hotel Navona is situated in a perfect location in the heart of Rome. We stayed for 3 nights in a family room sleeping 4, 1 double and two single beds. There was plenty of space and the air conditioning was essential as the temperature was 30 c. We didnt have breakfast but it looked a fairly standard continental breakfast. I would definately stay there again if I returned to Rome. All staff were very friendly.
