Comfortable but basicPosted Jun 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
For the price the hotel is more or less what was expected. The room was basic but clean and well maintained as was the hotel itself. Security is tight in the hotel with entry permitted when the door is released by the receptionist. Although the surrounding neighbourhood is a bit seedy and dirty, it is not unexpected so close to the station and I never felt unsafe walking in the surrounding streets. A basic breakfast is provided but again, not bad for the price. I walked to most of the sites that I wanted to visit but being so close to the station, the metro and trams were also available. The staff were always very helpful and friendly.

Three day trip to RomePosted May 31, 2014
Arrived quite late on the first night, staff were very accommodating and had us checked in very quickly. Aircon in the rooms was a blessing after warm days walking around Rome. Trams can be a little noisy if you are planning to sleep in

The hotel was clean and the staff at the reception very polite. The breakfast was poor. We got only one slice of cheese and one slice of ham per person and one roll. This wasn't enough.

We enjoyed our brief stayPosted Mar 31, 2014 on Hotels.com
We only stayed here for one night as a layover, but it was a very peasant experience. The location is a bit far if you're walking to/from termini but we found the service, safety of the hotel, cleanliness, and staff absolutely wonderful. We came in late from the airport so our walk to the hotel was a bit uncomfortable but the staff made it much more pleasant. Give them a shot! Bathrooms clean, hot water, clean towels, and actually very quiet from all the foot traffic.

Great Service and convenient location!Posted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is near Termini (15 to 20 mins walk) or 5 mins walk from Masoni Station . A small but friendly hotel which I will gladly recommend to anyone! The reception staff : JOEL is a super star when it comes to customer service. He always helped us in everyway with a great smile! At the first night, we have problems with the mini fridge which was missing in our room. Joel explained the problem to us and promised to change us to a better room next day (we had stayed 5 nights in total), which he did. The room we have from the second day was much better, not only with a mini fridge , but comes with a balcony as well. We were also offered to have breakfast in the garden daily. I must say this was a rare asset to hotels in Rome as I have been to Rome few times before. The only complain we have was the thin walls as we could pretty much hear everything next door especially 1 am in the morning when they finished partying and come back to the room! Another minor complain will be the same plain simple breakfast for 5 consecutive days! Even my food lover son who usually eats anything could not take it anymore after the third day! So maybe the hotel can offer some simple variations for breakfast to guests who stay longer? Overall, a nice little hotel to stay in !
