The location is the only good thingPosted Apr 24, 2015
Staff are not friendly. Service is very bad. Called to have a room service, non of the departments answers the phone. Room was so hot, no ventilation. Stayed in this hotel years ago, everything was much better. Great disappointment

Great location for all historic sites.Posted Apr 24, 2015
Pros: Good service and clean rooms.
We had a wonderful time staying here. We were upgraded to a beautiful room due to a delay for our room being prepared by our arrival time. Excellent service. We will definitely stay there again.

Bad room with an attitudePosted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: It has a nice foyer.
Cons: The attitude of those who work there. A reminder that the customer should be first priority.
Location: Train station 10 minute walk, Spanish step 15 minute walk. Not a great location but not a terrible one either.
Arrive 20 minutes before check in and was told to wait. At 2:30 was told the room was not ready and could I wait a bit longer, like he was giving me a choice. He then took 20 minutes to switch me to another room. When I arrived at the room, which was a large closet with a bed, the lights would not come on. I had to truck all the way back to reception and have the key coded. When I returned to the room there was a foul stench so I opened the window to let some air in. I went to the desk to mention it to him and he checked with housekeeping. Apparently the occupant before me smoked and the used a large dose of vinegar to eliminate the smell. He assured me it would get better. So I took a walk and, upon returning, the room still smelled and he did not have another. So I asked why I was the one punished because the person before me broke the rules? No answer and no offer to make up for it. This is what you get for $185.00. Only stay here if you are desperate...

Good hotel, close to railway station.Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: Location, friendly staff, ease of check in and check out. Quiet, even though the hotel is on a main road.
Cons: Some variation to the breakfast buffet would help.
Location: Excellent position to make transfer from Termini railway station. Close to hop on, hop off bus stop and Metro station. Also, bus stops immediately a
Speedy check in upon arrival and efficient porterage of baggage to room. Booking request for a higher floor was met, and turned out to be very spacious, with a large bathroom. The hotel has a quaint oppulent style. Our room was very clean and tidy with the usual ammenities. Buffet breakfast was plentiful, although fairly limited in variety. All of the staff were friendly and helpfull.

empfehlenswertes Hotel, verkehrsgünstige LagePosted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Lage, bequeme Betten

Budget hotelPosted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Close to Aven.Nazionalle
Cons: Be comfort
It is enough for spending the night. Very limited room. Don't allow you to use the iron. Fair enough but next time will look for another option.

Nice Stay in RomePosted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: Location, cleanliness, price
Cons: More customer focus
Location: This was our starting point for tours of the Vatican, Coliseum, etc. A number of beautiful churches within walking distance
Hotel was nice and the location was fine -- fairly convenient to several beautiful churches and places to eat. The staff could have been more customer focused. We arrived early, and I was essentially told to come back later. When asking for directions to various sites, I felt like I was inconveniencing the front desk.

Great central location in RomePosted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you might need.
Location: This is in Rome. Go and walk around and find the gems there.
My wife and I spent ten days here and found it to be the perfect location as far as being able to walk to all of the major sites one would want to see in Rome. We stayed in one of the Executive rooms over looking the courtyard and had a wonderful time. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were very helpful in helping us directions or even to find a hidden restaurant with great pizza and pasta. It is only a five minute walk to the train station which was great as we were able to take a fast train for a day visit to Florence.
